Fallout 76 Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom is a special Party Crasher who can appear at the end of the Mischief Night event at Rapidan Camp. During October 6–20, 2026, the boss offers a chance at two new Pint-Sized Slasher Wanted Poster plans, a Ghost Boy item and three named legendary weapons. You won’t necessarily see the boss on every run, and beating the normal event doesn’t guarantee any of its exclusive loot.
The tricky part is that the encounter happens after the ordinary security fight, when many players are already preparing to leave. Its spawn chance is controlled by Bethesda, and the exact rate hasn’t been published. If you’re chasing the posters or trying to finish the challenge to kill an Uninvited guest, stay at the landing area after each completion.
Fallout 76 Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom location and spawn time
Join Mischief Night when it appears at the top of an hour and travel to Rapidan Camp in Skyline Valley. Follow JES-2R through the woodland pranks, cabins and landing-pad stages until your squad defeats the Rapidan Elite Security Force. Watch the landing area immediately afterwards for the extra Party Crasher encounter.
The boss is not an ordinary roaming enemy with a permanent map spawn. The Fallout 76 Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom is an optional finale encounter connected to Mischief Night, so searching Skyline Valley between events won’t reproduce the same fight. The event runs until October 20, after which this seasonal opportunity closes.

Why the Fallout 76 Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom doesn’t appear every time
Unlike the main event objectives, the Phantom is a random Party Crasher. Nuka Knights’ October 2026 reward breakdown confirms that Bethesda controls the appearance rate server-side. It doesn’t provide a trustworthy fixed percentage. Reports from players range from several appearances in a few attempts to more than a dozen events without one, so a personal streak isn’t enough to calculate its odds.
If you finish Mischief Night without seeing the Fallout 76 Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom, the normal event may still have completed successfully. There’s no extra switch, costume requirement or hidden summoning item proven to force the spawn. Return for the next hourly event and keep an eye on the landing site after the Vertibird sequence.
Fallout 76 Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom rewards and Wanted Poster plans
The special boss has its own loot rolls. Nuka Knights lists the following new items in its 2026 Party Crasher table; they are not standard guaranteed Mischief Night completion rewards.
| Reward | Type and availability |
|---|---|
| Ghost Boy | Rare item, listed at 2.5% in the community reward data |
| Pint-Sized Slasher Wanted Poster 1 plan | Rare C.A.M.P. decoration plan, listed at 8.333% |
| Pint-Sized Slasher Wanted Poster 2 plan | Rare C.A.M.P. decoration plan, listed at 8.333% |
| Acceptable Overkill | Ultra-rare named Laser weapon |
| Commander’s Charge | Ultra-rare named weapon |
| Crushing Blow | Ultra-rare named weapon |
The percentages are from the Nuka Knights reward data, not Bethesda’s advertised spawn rate. You can encounter the Fallout 76 Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom and still receive none of the named seasonal items. The normal Mischief Night event awards its own Halloween plans, XP and supplies independently.

How to farm the Fallout 76 Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom efficiently
Check World Activity at the start of each hour, join Mischief Night promptly and contribute to the shared mayhem objectives. Keep ammunition and healing items ready for the final security fight. After the main enemies are down, stay near the landing area instead of immediately fast-travelling away.
When the Fallout 76 Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom appears, get into the fight early and stay within looting range. Some players report missing the boss’s loot after dying or respawning a long distance away. Those are player experiences rather than a confirmed rule for every server, but arriving with enough health and avoiding a late death can reduce the risk of missing a rare encounter.
Weekly challenge not counting the Fallout 76 Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom kill
Some players have reported that their weekly objective to kill an Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom didn’t register even though they attacked the boss. Others say it registered on a later attempt. Bethesda has not provided a verified universal fix for this specific challenge, so don’t treat a missed count as proof that you summoned the wrong enemy.
Make sure your target is the named Uninvited Party Crasher at the end of Mischief Night, not the ordinary Pint-Sized Phantoms that appear in other Slasher activities. Stay close enough to participate in the actual fight, then check the challenge tracker. If it doesn’t count, another event attempt may work; a challenge reroll is an option if you would rather not keep waiting for the random spawn.
Are the Fallout 76 Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom weapons available in Daily Ops?
Players are also reporting drops of some older or newly reissued named weapons through Daily Ops. That doesn’t mean the two Wanted Poster plans can be farmed there. If your goal is the seasonal C.A.M.P. posters, keep targeting the special Mischief Night boss rather than assuming every Slasher-themed reward shares the same loot pool.
Our Pint-Sized Phantoms Daily Ops guide covers that separate activity. The Mischief Night walkthrough explains the complete hourly event if you need help getting through the earlier stages before the Party Crasher can appear.
With the event ending October 20, the Fallout 76 Uninvited Pint-Sized Phantom is worth checking whenever you’re already running Mischief Night. Just expect a random encounter and another loot roll, not a guaranteed poster or weapon with every completion.
