The entitlement is not scheduled to appear at the normal UK midnight Store reset, so checking first thing in the morning may simply be too early.

- On PS5, open the PlayStation Store and search for Fallout 76.

No. The whole point of the September 25 change is that the Fallout 76 PS Plus Essential PS5 upgrade is being extended to players whose Fallout 76 access comes from the PlayStation Plus Essential monthly-game claim.
