What Is Eidskallen Lighthouse?
The Eidskallen Lighthouse Zombies map is a smaller survival experience built from part of the Totenreich Round-Based map.
Players return to the frozen region of Eidskallen and fight across Beacon Island, its rugged surrounding terrain and the lighthouse itself. Unlike a traditional Round-Based map, the focus is not on completing a lengthy Main Quest.
Instead, players are challenged to continue surviving as the rounds increase in difficulty.
The restricted playable area also distinguishes Eidskallen Lighthouse from the larger Totenreich experience. Only a confined section of the original environment is used, creating a more focused Survival map with its own round milestones and rewards.
Does Eidskallen Lighthouse Have Pack-a-Punch?
Pack-a-Punch is available on the Eidskallen Lighthouse Zombies map.
According to the official Season 5 overview, players must scale the lighthouse stairs to reach the Pack-a-Punch machine. This allows weapons to be upgraded during a match rather than limiting players to their starting loadout and unmodified weapons.
Activision has not provided a complete numbered route showing every turn required to reach Pack-a-Punch. However, its location within the lighthouse has been officially confirmed.

Although Eidskallen Lighthouse uses a smaller section of Totenreich, it still includes the main resources required to continue upgrading during a Survival match.

The Arsenal can be used as part of the weapon upgrade system, while Der Wunderfizz provides access to Perk-a-Cola machines within a single location.
Players can also use the Mystery Box and Wall Buys to obtain weapons during the match. Armour Upgrades are available to improve protection as the rounds continue.
Activision has not published the exact position of every machine and Wall Buy. Those locations will need to be mapped separately through direct gameplay.
What Is the Flammenfalle Trap?
The Flammenfalle is a special environmental trap found on the Eidskallen Lighthouse Zombies map.
Once activated, the trap produces a triple flame attack capable of burning nearby zombies. Activision specifically describes the Flammenfalle as a way to heat up the frozen battlefield while roasting the undead.
The official Season 5 information does not confirm the trap’s activation cost, cooldown time or exact position on the map. It also does not state whether players must complete any additional steps before it can be used.

The Eidskallen Lighthouse Zombies map has three reward milestones linked to completing specific rounds.

The official wording specifically tells players to complete each required round. Reaching the start of Round 10, 25 or 50 may therefore not be enough to trigger the corresponding reward.
Eidskallen Lighthouse Leaderboard Event
Season 5 also includes a separate Eidskallen Leaderboard Event connected to the new Survival map.
The event uses multiple three-hour leaderboards, allowing players to compete for a selection of themed rewards.

Is Eidskallen Lighthouse a New Round-Based Map?
The Eidskallen Lighthouse Zombies map is a new Survival map, but it is not the major new Round-Based Zombies map planned for Season 5.
Eidskallen Lighthouse uses a confined part of Totenreich and focuses on reaching increasingly high rounds. Black Ops 7 will receive a separate Round-Based map called Rex Infernus during the Season 5 mid-season update.
Rex Infernus will continue the main Zombies narrative and bring the story towards its final confrontation with the Warden.
This means players should not expect Eidskallen Lighthouse to provide the same type of full story experience as Totenreich, Kowakujō or the upcoming Rex Infernus map.
