Dungeon Lootr Update 3 Classes are Shrine Fox, Devourer, Fallen Magi, Petal Captain and Sound Hashira. All five are Exotic classes obtained through Expeditions rather than the normal Class Summon pool.
Okami can drop each class item every 10-stage boss checkpoint, and the same class items can also be purchased with Expedition Points in the Expedition Event Shop.

Dungeon Lootr Update 3 Classes: shared unlock route
Every class in the Update 3 set uses the same two acquisition routes: defeat Okami for the corresponding Class Item or save Expedition Points and buy the Class Item in the Expedition Event Shop.
That means Normal Spins, Lucky Spins and Aether Marks are not the correct resources for these five classes.
Shrine Fox
Shrine Fox is an Exotic Magic setup caster using Spirit Step Totems, Foxfire Volley, Ninefold Blaze and Shrine of Tails.
Its damage ceiling is strong, but 230 HP and +2 VIT make it the most fragile of the five new classes.

Devourer
Devourer is an Exotic Magic class with 75 ATK, +30 INT and +18 LCK. Predator heals, Megiddo and Gluttonous Storm provide iFrames and the class also has an Update 3 Ultimate.

Fallen Magi
Fallen Magi has the strongest raw magic stat line of the five at 78 ATK and +32 INT. Its kit stacks damage-taken debuffs, freezes enemies and then shatters them for burst.

Petal Captain
Petal Captain is an Exotic Physical class built around Flash Blossom mobility, a high-value Blossom Guard Parry, persistent Petal Field damage and Thousand Petals room control.

Sound Hashira
Sound Hashira is an Exotic Physical bruiser with 350 HP, 72 ATK and +28 STR. It combines protected melee hits, a Dodge dash, homing ranged pressure and a separate Ultimate.

Dungeon Lootr Update 3 Classes: which class should you target first
Devourer is the safest first pick for a player who wants a complete Magic class, while Sound Hashira is the cleanest physical option because its damage, bulk and protection all work without heavy setup.
Fallen Magi is the highest burst-control target, Petal Captain rewards good Parry timing and Shrine Fox is best for players who enjoy positioning and setup.
Dungeon Lootr Update 3 Classes: do the class items have shop prices
The Expedition Event Shop is confirmed as the deterministic route, but the current public sources do not consistently publish the exact Expedition Point price for each Class Item.
Check the live shop before spending Points because there is no reason to invent a static cost while Update 3 is still fresh.

That makes Dungeon Lootr Update 3 Classes much easier to target deliberately. Farm Okami for the chance drop, keep Expedition Points as the fallback, and only spend the currency after checking the live Class Item price.
Which of the five has the safest first unlock
Sound Hashira is the least setup-dependent physical choice, while Devourer is the cleanest all-round Magic choice. Dungeon Lootr Update 3 Classes also include more specialist options if you prefer Parry timing, Totem setup or debuff chains.
