Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2: All Fixes and Changes

Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2

Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2 is live on all platforms as build 73764 from September 30, 2026, fixing several Season of Hell’s Legacy progression bugs, two Runeword problems, a Druid boss-lock issue, a Sorcerer rune interaction, Sol Rune damage reduction, Tower reward indicators and mounted access to the Horadric Post.

The important thing about Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2 is that several problems players were told to wait for earlier in the week are no longer pending fixes. Worldstone Chamber, Lester’s Farm, Chamber of Bone, Nihlathak and Henri’s Perquisition are all explicitly listed as fixed in the live build, so post-patch troubleshooting should begin by confirming the client is actually on build 73764.

Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2 also fixes an Eternal controller leaderboard button that should not have been visible, a pinned-currency highlighting problem in Stats & Materials, and includes general stability, performance and visual improvements. Those are real changes, but they are less likely to create standalone search problems than the progression, item and class issues above.

Worldstone Chamber, Lester’s Farm and Chamber of Bone in Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2

The three biggest progression fixes in Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2 all remove launch-window uncertainty. The Worldstone Chamber bug was tied to entering the portal too quickly. Lester’s Farm could stop progressing if the hive descent was rushed. Chamber of Bone could complete without paying its rewards. If any of those exact symptoms still occur after updating, treat the new attempt as a post-3.2.2 issue rather than following advice written for the old build.

That distinction matters because the pre-patch workaround advice was mostly about slowing down, resetting or avoiding repeat attempts. Once the fixed build is installed, the expected behaviour is simply normal progression and normal reward delivery.

Runeword and class fixes in Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2

The Edge and Lore Runeword problems were completely different. Edge could interact incorrectly with the Purveyor of Curiosities and produce two items at once, while Lore could make the equipped helm invisible. The new Edge Runeword Double Items guide and Lore Runeword Helm Invisible guide explain what changed and how to verify the current behaviour.

Druids also received a very specific Pulverize fix because the skill could indefinitely immobilize a Staggered boss. Sorcerers received a fix for Incinerate Enchantment burning damage failing to trigger the Tal rune. Those are now separate search pages because a player troubleshooting one class interaction should not need to scan an entire patch-note article.

Sol Rune, Tower rewards and Horadric Post in Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2

The Sol Rune damage-reduction bug is fixed, so the effect should activate under its intended conditions on the current build. The Tower’s Artificer’s Obelisk should also now show when rewards are available through the map and minimap icon. Finally, mounted players can interact with the Horadric Post again without dismounting solely to work around the bug.

If your problem matches one of those systems, use the dedicated Sol Rune page, Tower rewards page or mounted Horadric Post page rather than assuming the whole patch failed.

How to check whether Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2 is installed

  • Fully close Diablo IV before checking for an update.
  • Let Battle.net or the console finish downloading and applying the current build.
  • Restart the client after the update rather than resuming a session that was already open.
  • Retest the exact bug in a fresh attempt.
  • If it still reproduces, record the new post-patch attempt and report it as a current build problem.

Blizzard identifies Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2 as build 73764 on PC, Xbox and PlayStation. That all-platform wording is important: none of the listed fixes is described as PC-only or console-only in the patch notes.

What Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2 does not promise

The patch fixes the causes Blizzard listed, but the notes do not promise retroactive rewards for every Chamber of Bone run completed before the update or automatic repair of every quest state created on an older build. If a previously broken character remains stuck, retry the relevant activity after updating and report the new state if normal progression still does not resume.

Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2 is therefore more than a minor maintenance patch for Season 15. It closes several of the exact progression and build-interaction problems players have been searching for since launch week, and the practical advice now changes from waiting for a fix to verifying the live build and retesting the affected system.
