Blox Fruits Update 30 is one of the biggest changes the Roblox game has had in 2026, rebuilding the First Sea while adding Magnet Fruit, Island Secrets, a new world map, the Magnet Event and a path to level 3,000. It is not just a fruit drop with a few balance changes attached. The early game has been reworked from the ground up, while max-level players have been given a reason to sail back to islands they may not have visited for years.
If you logged in expecting to chase Magnet and leave, Blox Fruits Update 30 has far more waiting for you. The new Secrets system changes progression, the hourly Magnet Event creates a repeatable currency grind, bosses and NPC presentation have been refreshed, and several quality-of-life changes make buying weapons, boats and checking boss rewards much clearer.

Blox Fruits Update 30 adds Magnet Fruit and the Magnet Event

| Feature | Update 30 |
|---|---|
| New fruit | Magnet |
| First Sea Secrets | 40 |
| Maximum level with Secrets | 3,000 |
| Event currency | Magnet Tokens |
| New World Map | Yes |
Blox Fruits Update 30 introduces Magnet, a Mythical Natural-type fruit built around a Magnetic Power meter. Magnet can use M1 attacks, pull enemies toward the user at higher meter stages, trap targets, disarm sword users and eventually transform into a mech through Maximum Overdrive. Its listed dealer price is 6,000,000 Beli, while the permanent version costs 3,500 Robux before any applicable discount.
The fruit also anchors the limited Magnet Event. At the top of each hour, Magnetized enemies appear for a short event window. Defeating them awards Magnet Tokens, which can be spent at the Magnet Gacha. That gacha removes Common fruits from its reward pool and also includes limited cosmetics, accessories and Chromatic fruit skins.
For players who only care about the new fruit, this is the fastest place to start. Our guide to how to get Magnet Fruit explains the normal dealer, Gacha, spawn and trading routes as well as the event-specific Magnet Gacha.
The First Sea is effectively new again
The biggest structural part of Blox Fruits Update 30 is the First Sea rework. The islands have been visually rebuilt, bosses have been refreshed and the new World Map gives players a much cleaner way to understand where they are and how much secret progress they have completed. The Blox Fruit Gacha Dealer has also moved to Middle Town.
The key progression layer is Island Secrets. There are 40 Secrets spread around the First Sea, ranging from puzzles and unusual quests to stronger boss encounters. Completing them grants Secret progression that can push a character beyond the normal level grind ceiling. Finish the current set and the maximum reachable level becomes 3,000.
That distinction matters because the main Roblox description can still show the standard grind cap separately. Blox Fruits Update 30 does not simply hand everyone 200 ordinary levels to farm from regular NPC quests. The additional progression is tied to completing Secrets.
New NPCs, UI changes and better previews
Blox Fruits Update 30 also makes a long list of smaller changes that are easy to miss if you immediately teleport toward the latest event. NPC dialogue has been redesigned, the HUD and stats menus have been refreshed, the loading and team-selection screens have changed, and player profiles now include more useful navigation and friend information.
Weapon Dealers can now show the weapon before you buy it, Boat Dealers can preview unlocked ships, and boss rewards are shown more clearly when you approach a boss. These are not headline features, but they remove a lot of old friction from normal play.
The First Sea also has new quest-related characters, including the Secrets Master, while NPCs can offer Rumour dialogue that points players toward hidden content. Blox Fruits Update 30 therefore changes how the oldest sea is explored as much as how it looks.
What returned and what did not
Dragon East and Dragon West have returned to the Blox Fruit Gacha pool, which is a meaningful change for players chasing high-end fruits. The update also brings seven Chromatic chase skins through the Magnet Event, including Arcsteel Magnet.
It is worth separating those cosmetics from actual new fruits or weapons. Magnet is the one genuinely new fruit in Blox Fruits Update 30. The Chromatic rewards are skins for existing fruits, and the update’s weapon-dealer preview system should not be confused with a large batch of newly added swords or guns.
There was also no brand-new Update 30 redemption code released alongside the patch. Existing Blox Fruits codes continue to work where they have not expired, so it is still worth clearing your code list before grinding Magnet mastery or Secret levels.
What should you do first?
The best order depends on where your account is. Blox Fruits Update 30 rewards players who split time between permanent Secret progression and the limited Magnet grind. Newer players can simply continue through the rebuilt First Sea and pick up Secrets naturally. Endgame players should return to the First Sea, unlock the World Map by completing a Secret, then start clearing the 40-secret checklist while joining the Magnet Event whenever the hourly spawn begins.
Players who obtain Magnet should focus on mastery because several of its most important tools arrive later, including Polarizing Drop at 225 mastery and Maximum Overdrive at 300. Blox Fruits Update 30 has enough permanent progression to last well beyond the event window, so there is no need to abandon Secrets just to chase every Magnet Token immediately.
For the official experience, launch Blox Fruits through its Roblox game page. Blox Fruits Update 30 is already live, so the reworked First Sea, Magnet systems and current event content are available as soon as you join an updated server.
