ARC Raiders ARC Couplers are three Epic crafting materials found in Harvester Payloads during the Redirection condition on Pendola Pass. You need one Conductive Coupler, one Insulated Coupler and one Plated Coupler to craft an Emperor Gateway Conduit at Workbench Level 1. The finished conduit opens the entrance to the Fallen Emperor dungeon.
The three Couplers and the Conduit blueprint are separate payload drops, so it may take more than one Harvester to complete the recipe. This guide explains how to trigger a Harvester Payload, which container to search, how to deal with duplicate pieces and what to do after you’ve extracted with the complete set.
All three ARC Raiders ARC Couplers and what they do
The recipe requires three different Couplers, not three copies of the same type. The ARC Conductive Coupler, ARC Insulated Coupler and ARC Plated Coupler each occupy a separate ingredient slot when crafting the Emperor Gateway Conduit. Collecting three Conductive Couplers won’t replace the missing Insulated and Plated pieces.
| Coupler | Quantity needed | Main source |
|---|---|---|
| ARC Conductive Coupler | 1 | Redirection Harvester Payload |
| ARC Insulated Coupler | 1 | Redirection Harvester Payload |
| ARC Plated Coupler | 1 | Redirection Harvester Payload |
You can carry extras, but keep track of what you’ve already collected. Once the three unique ARC Raiders ARC Couplers materials are in your stash, the main remaining hurdle is acquiring and learning the Conduit blueprint. That unlock is separate from finding the ingredients.

Where to find ARC Raiders ARC Couplers in Redirection
Enter Pendola Pass while the Redirection map condition is active. It is not available every raid, so check the condition label before choosing your destination. Redirection activates damaged Emperor Relays and falling debris around the map, replacing the usual Flash Freeze hazard while the condition runs.
Find an active Damaged Emperor Relay. Its red light beam and map marker make it easier to identify, and the relay provides an Emperor Beacon. Take the beacon into an open area and deploy it to redirect a Harvester Payload towards that location. Move away from the landing point because the incoming debris can be dangerous, and expect other Raiders to notice the drop.
After the crash, search the large upright central container of the payload. This is the important part: the smaller broken debris around it provides ordinary ARC materials, while the central container is the documented source of the three ARC Raiders ARC Couplers types and the possible Emperor Gateway Conduit blueprint.
Our Redirection map-condition guide covers how the event works more broadly. If you haven’t explored the snowy region yet, the Pendola Pass map guide explains its main areas and extraction routes.
How to farm the Couplers without wasting raids
Current guides describe ten fixed damaged relays, with only a smaller number active at once. A relay becomes useful when its marker lights up, so don’t camp an inactive one while a working relay is available elsewhere. Follow the current icons on your map, move towards a reachable active relay and retrieve its beacon before another player takes it.
For a fast ARC Raiders ARC Couplers run, deploy the beacon in open ground near substantial cover and within reasonable reach of an extraction route. The payload draws attention, so you want somewhere to retreat while waiting for it to land. Once the debris stops falling, breach the main container first and check the Couplers before spending time on lower-value scrap.
Loot is random. One payload may give you several Couplers, while the next may give materials you already own. There is no verified guarantee that your three ingredients arrive in a single container or in a fixed order. If you find two copies of one type but are missing another, keep searching new payloads rather than assuming the recipe will accept duplicates.
Once you’ve secured the final needed item, aim to extract. The ARC Raiders ARC Couplers components are only useful for crafting after you’ve returned to Speranza; the Conduit isn’t assembled from a dropped payload in the same raid. Our Pendola Pass map guide helps plan the route to an active extraction terminal.

Do ARC Raiders ARC Couplers drop outside Redirection?
The documented ARC Raiders ARC Couplers farming route is the main Harvester Payload container summoned during Redirection on Pendola Pass. Community loot records don’t establish another routine method with comparable availability. Normal ARC enemies and random buildings aren’t a substitute for that event when you’re specifically farming Couplers.
Check the destination’s active condition before deploying. If Redirection isn’t running, use the raid for other quests or materials rather than spending a full session hunting for inactive Emperor Relays. The map conditions overview will help you distinguish this event from weather and other rotating conditions.
How to craft an Emperor Gateway Conduit with ARC Raiders ARC Couplers
First obtain the Emperor Gateway Conduit blueprint, which can also drop from Redirection’s central payload container but is less common. Extract with it, use Learn and Consume to unlock the crafting recipe, and open Workbench Level 1 in Speranza. Combine one Conductive, one Insulated and one Plated Coupler to craft the finished conduit.
The blueprint isn’t consumed as part of each future recipe once you’ve learned it, but each individual Conduit requires another set of the three ARC Raiders ARC Couplers. If you plan to enter the dungeon more than once, extra Couplers may be worth keeping for later crafting rather than selling them straight away.
For the full recipe and the use of the finished key, our Emperor Gateway Conduit guide explains the blueprint and Workbench requirements. The Emperor Dungeon walkthrough then takes you through the entrance and interior after you’ve crafted the key.

Where to use the finished Conduit
Return to Pendola Pass and approach the fallen Emperor near Piazza della Rupe. The entrance is at the base of the enormous ARC structure, beside a circular hatch. Use the Emperor Gateway Conduit at the entry mechanism to unlock the interior, where you’ll face environmental hazards and enemies while searching for high-end components.
That interior is where you’re pursuing items such as the Emperor Modulator for Gunsmith Level 4 and Amplification Modules for weapon progression. The ARC Raiders ARC Couplers materials get you through the entrance; they are not the same as the Modulator and won’t upgrade your station by themselves. Our Emperor Modulator guide explains that later step.
Common ARC Raiders ARC Couplers farming problems
If a relay won’t activate, check that Redirection is running and that its current marker is lit. If the beacon doesn’t deploy, leave enclosed spaces and put it on open ground where a payload can fall. If you reach debris and find no Couplers, check that you breached the upright central container, not just the smaller scattered chunks.
Finally, the Emperor Gateway Conduit requires the blueprint and the three different materials. Having all your ARC Raiders ARC Couplers in the stash but no learned recipe won’t make the item appear at the Workbench. If you’ve already unlocked the recipe, compare the three listed ingredients with what your inventory actually contains.
ARC Raiders ARC Couplers FAQ
How many Couplers do I need for one Conduit?
Three: one Conductive, one Insulated and one Plated Coupler.
Where are Couplers found?
Inside the large central Harvester Payload container summoned with an Emperor Beacon during Redirection on Pendola Pass.
Is the Conduit blueprint guaranteed with the Couplers?
No. It is a separate random payload drop and may take more attempts to find.
Can you craft the Conduit while still on Pendola Pass?
Use the learned recipe at Workbench Level 1 in Speranza after extracting with the ingredients.
