Adopt Me Monster Mansion: House Price and All Furniture Costs

Adopt Me Monster Mansion official house artwork

The Adopt Me Monster Mansion is a Halloween-themed house added on September 25, 2026 for 13,000 Bucks. Its crooked exterior has bright green windows and a spooky roofline, and it arrived with ten matching furniture pieces. Furniture has separate prices, so buying the house doesn’t give you one of everything for free.

If you’re planning a Monster Mansion build, the decoration costs are easy to overlook. The new furniture includes beds, bowls, a fridge, shower and windows, which makes the set useful for turning the house into a themed pet-care home. Here’s the full developer-confirmed list and how much one of every item costs.

How to buy the Adopt Me Monster Mansion

Open Adopt Me’s house selection options and look for Monster Mansion. The price is 13,000 Bucks. Buy it as a house, then enter Build mode to place your preferred furniture. The price is separate from seasonal Candy Corn rewards and doesn’t require a Halloween minigame unlock.

The Adopt Me Monster Mansion debuted in the September 25 update as a house suited to spooky builds. Its jagged boarded-up entrance and monster-like expression are part of the exterior rather than extra decorations you must buy separately.

One of every listed furniture item costs 3,413 Bucks. Add the 13,000-Bucks house price and the combined total becomes 16,413 Bucks. That doesn’t include repeating furniture or buying older decorative items for other rooms.

Which furniture should you put in the house?

The pet-care items give you a useful starting point. The Cauldron Pet Bowl and Water Bowl each cost 240 Bucks, while the Drool Shower costs 188. Those fit a creepy theme while providing a place for everyday pet Needs.

For an Adopt Me Monster Mansion bedroom, the Monster Claw Bed costs 295 Bucks and Monstrous Bed costs 500. If you’re decorating several bedrooms, count each additional bed in your budget rather than relying on the one-of-each total.

Can you decorate the mansion without buying everything?

Yes. You can purchase only the pieces you want. The Wicked Window costs 400 Bucks and Creepy Couch costs 450, but there is no requirement to place both. The Mansion is the property; furniture choices remain up to the player after buying it.

If you’re saving for the Adopt Me Monster Mansion, prioritise the items you need for your own rooms. The set has furniture for sleeping, feeding and bathing pets as well as purely decorative pieces, so you can make a functional house without purchasing every item at once.

Monster Mansion vs Fairytale Castle: which costs more?

The Adopt Me Monster Mansion costs 13,000 Bucks, while Fairytale Castle costs 8,000. That’s 5,000 Bucks more for the Monster Mansion itself. The two houses also come with completely different furniture sets: Monster Mansion has horror-themed pieces, while Fairytale Castle has royal windows and decorations.

The Mansion is a good choice if you prefer spooky builds or want to keep a Halloween-styled home year-round. If your priority is the cheaper large-themed property, the Fairytale Castle has the lower starting price. Neither house includes the Halloween event pets.

How to save enough Bucks for Monster Mansion

You can earn Bucks from pet Needs, time-based paychecks and the updated Money Tree. The 2026 Money Tree limit is 200 Bucks per day, while eligible Specific Item Requests pay triple normal Bucks and XP.

Our Bucks farming guide explains the current options. If you’re aiming for the Adopt Me Monster Mansion plus one copy of every new furniture piece, save 16,413 Bucks instead of stopping at the 13,000 house price.
