Warframe Arcane Bellicose converts Max Health into Ability Strength. At max rank it grants 6% Ability Strength for every 250 Max Health, up to a maximum bonus of 72%. That makes the Arcane unusually easy to evaluate because its trigger is a build stat rather than an in-mission kill or timed buff.
The Höllvania Arcane pool containing Bellicose can be obtained through several Warframe: 1999 activities. Digital Extremes lists Faceoff, Techrot Safes, optional Scaldra Supply Caches, H-09 Efervon Tank Assassination and the Arcane choice from 1999 Calendar rewards. The conversion happens in 250-Health chunks. At the maximum 72% Ability Strength bonus, the Arcane has reached twelve 6% increments, which corresponds to 3,000 Max Health. Health above the point needed for the cap does not keep increasing Bellicose beyond 72%.
That makes health investment part of an optimisation question rather than an automatic instruction to stack as much Health as possible. If the frame already reaches a useful Bellicose tier naturally, forcing extra Health purely for one more increment may cost a mod slot that would have produced more value elsewhere.
How to get Warframe Arcane Bellicose
Run Höllvania content that can award the Arcane pool while contributing to your other 1999 goals. Faceoff is one route, Techrot Safes are another, and the optional Supply Cache in Scaldra or Techrot Exterminate is worth completing when you are already in those missions. H-09 Efervon Tank can also award these Arcanes.
The Calendar can offer an Arcane choice, and Loid’s Höllvania Arcane Collection provides a Vosfor roll. Neither changes the fact that Bellicose shares its acquisition space with other Arcanes, so plan for multiple copies rather than expecting a one-run farm.
Who gets the most from Warframe Arcane Bellicose?
Bellicose makes the most sense on frames that already want a large Health pool or can reach high Max Health without dismantling the rest of the build. In that situation the Arcane turns a defensive stat into offensive scaling.
On a low-Health frame, chasing 3,000 Health purely to cap the Arcane can be a poor trade. Compare the Strength gained from Bellicose with what the displaced mods, shards or other Arcane slot could have provided.

Look at the final mission-ready Max Health value and calculate how many complete 250-Health thresholds it reaches. That tells you the Strength contribution before you ever enter a mission.
Then test the abilities that actually care about Strength. A larger Strength number is not automatically useful if the important ability has already hit a cap or breakpoint. Bellicose is strongest when both halves of the build, the Health investment and the Ability Strength scaling, are doing real work.

Bellicose is most elegant when a frame already uses Health as part of survivability. Then the same investment increases the Health pool and feeds Ability Strength through the Arcane. Building thousands of Health on a frame that does not otherwise benefit from it is much harder to justify.
Bellicose is also easy to compare between builds because you can calculate it before the mission begins. Note the Max Health, divide it into complete 250-point thresholds, multiply those thresholds by 6% and stop at 72%. If the answer is underwhelming, you know before spending Forma that the Arcane is not carrying its slot.
