Cookie Run Kingdom Special Cookies currently include 18 playable characters in the global game, ranging from the four permanent Pavilion of Promise Cookies to crossover characters from HUNTR/X, Wicked, BTS and Sonic the Hedgehog. Special is unusual because acquisition rules vary dramatically, and several collaboration Cookies cannot currently be obtained if their event has ended.
This Cookie Run Kingdom Special Cookies guide separates the roster from Guest Cookies and explains what every playable Special Cookie actually does in battle. The table keeps the abilities readable instead of dumping raw percentages, while the sections below explain why the permanent support Cookies, HUNTR/X trio and older collaboration units work so differently.

Permanent Cookie Run Kingdom Special Cookies from the Pavilion of Promise
Marshmallow Bunny Cookie, Cream Ferret Cookie, Icicle Yeti Cookie and Snapdragon Cookie are the four non collaboration Special characters. They are all support oriented in different ways and remain obtainable through the Pavilion of Promise rather than a normal Cookie Gacha.
Marshmallow Bunny hands out flexible Egg Bunny buffs, Cream Ferret heavily supports a priority attacker and rescues low HP allies, Icicle Yeti absorbs part of incoming team damage while transformed, and Snapdragon delivers safe periodic healing and broad defensive buffs.
HUNTR/X Cookie Run Kingdom Special Cookies
Rumi Cookie, Mira Cookie and Zoey Cookie arrived together in 2026. Their abilities use Fans Cheers and are designed to become stronger when HUNTR/X fight as a complete trio. Rumi attacks the farthest enemy, Mira controls the Front with Gok do strikes and Zoey supplies ranged pressure and team buffs.
These three Cookie Run Kingdom Special Cookies also interact directly with each other. Zoey reduces the remaining cooldown of Rumi and Mira, while all three gain additional bonuses from their shared HUNTR/X setup.
Collaboration Cookie Run Kingdom Special Cookies and availability
Elphaba Cookie and Glinda Cookie came from Wicked, while the seven BTS Cookies share ARMY’s Wishes and Sonic Cookie and Tails Cookie came from the Sonic collaboration. Unlike the permanent Pavilion characters, these crossover units were tied to limited events and are not normally available after those event windows close.
The seven BTS members intentionally use the same combat ability. ARMY’s Wishes keeps them Safeguarded, heals the party, protects against Stun and improves Debuff Resist, with extra shielding and DMG Resist when the team is carrying several debuffs.

How to use this Cookie Run Kingdom Special Cookies list
The ability column is a practical summary, not a replacement for the full in game skill panel. Modern Cookie Run: Kingdom skills can contain level scaling, element bonuses, promotion effects, Crystal Jams, Awakenings and conditions tied to other team members, so the exact percentages can change as a Cookie is upgraded.
For roster planning, the useful starting point is still simple: identify the Cookie’s role, position and signature mechanic, then decide whether that job fits the team you are building. This Cookie Run Kingdom Special Cookies page will remain focused on the rarity roster itself so individual build guides can go deeper into Toppings, Beascuits and mode specific teams.
Cookie Run Kingdom Special Cookies have become broad enough that a single tier list cannot explain what each character contributes. Keeping the rarity pages separate makes it much easier to see the complete roster, compare abilities and follow new additions without losing older Cookies inside one enormous table.
