Missive of Grace in Genshin Impact: All 4 Anniversary Mail Rewards

Missive of Grace in Genshin Impact is the four-day Version 7.1 anniversary mail campaign that gives 400 Primogems per day from September 28 through October 1, for 1,600 Primogems total. The mail track is available to players at Adventure Rank 2 or above and also includes a commemorative item, Fragile Resin and a Sanctifying Elixir.

The important detail for Missive of Grace in Genshin Impact is that each message has its own 30-day expiry after arrival. The event itself lasts until the end of Version 7.1, but leaving anniversary mail sitting unopened indefinitely is still a bad idea.

Date	Primogems	Additional reward
September 28	400	Conductor of the “Ya-ho” ×1
September 29	400	Fragile Resin ×2
September 30	400	Sanctifying Elixir ×1
October 1	400	A Mini Trolley Problem ×1

Across all four days, Missive of Grace in Genshin Impact adds 1,600 Primogems to the anniversary total. These are direct mail rewards, so they are separate from event minigame Primogems, Archon Quest rewards and the ten Intertwined Fates from the daily login track.

How to claim Missive of Grace

1. Reach Adventure Rank 2 or higher.
2. Log in after the relevant anniversary mail has been issued.
3. Open the in-game Mail menu.
4. Select the Missive of Grace anniversary message.
5. Claim the attached Primogems and extra item before the message expires.

You do not need to complete Snezhnaya story content for Missive of Grace in Genshin Impact. The low Adventure Rank requirement is what makes the mail campaign accessible to very new accounts as well as returning players.

What if the anniversary mail is missing?

If Missive of Grace in Genshin Impact is not in your inbox, check the server date and whether the scheduled mail has actually started for your region. The first message begins September 28 at 00:00 server time, so players on different servers can see the rollout at different real-world moments.

Also confirm the account has reached Adventure Rank 2. Restarting repeatedly before the server-side start time will not make the message appear early.

Does Missive of Grace include the 10 Intertwined Fates?

No. Missive of Grace in Genshin Impact is the Primogem mail portion of the anniversary package. The ten Intertwined Fates come from the separate Resplendent Starlight Daily Login event beginning October 1 at 04:00 server time.

Use the Resplendent Starlight Daily Login guide for that track, or the Rainbow’s End: Resplendent Starlight guide for the complete anniversary package.

How this fits the Version 7.1 Primogem total

Missive of Grace in Genshin Impact contributes a clean 1,600 Primogems. The Genshin Impact 7.1 Primogems guide tracks that amount separately from the ten Fates because Fates should not be added directly to the raw Primogem number.

Players also working through the limited Version 7.1 content can use the 7.1 events guide and current Genshin Impact codes to avoid leaving other time-sensitive rewards unclaimed.

HoYoverse publishes the Missive of Grace dates, eligibility and mail-expiry rules through the official Genshin Impact website.

For Missive of Grace in Genshin Impact, it is worth checking the active quest or event text before following an older screenshot, because Version 7.1 content often changes the next marker after each completed step.

A useful final check for Missive of Grace in Genshin Impact is to reopen the relevant quest or event page after the current step ends, because the tracker can update only after the last line of dialogue or completion banner has registered.

If Missive of Grace in Genshin Impact still looks different from another player’s route, trust the objective shown on your own account first; staged Version 7.1 content can put two players on different chapters even when they started the same quest chain.
