Create a Dimensionalist by choosing the Male Specialist option when you enter character creation in Trixion. That wording matters because the western client does not present Dimensionalist as a completely separate base archetype on the first screen; Amazon’s release notes specifically direct players to Male Specialist before the advanced class selection takes over.
Create a Dimensionalist now and the character is fully supported by the September progression update rather than being left to catch up through an old route. Dimensionalist equipment has been added to Powerpass gear chests, the class has Awakening quests and skill acquisition items, and it is included in existing content listings from launch, so the main job is choosing the character correctly and then deciding which catch-up path suits your roster.
Create a Dimensionalist from the Male Specialist option

Create a Dimensionalist from the normal character creation flow and select Male Specialist when the game asks for the base class. From there, follow the advanced-class path into Dimensionalist. The class is the first western Male Specialist option built around the time-and-space concept, so choosing another Specialist type will obviously put you on a different class branch.
If you are returning after a long break, do not be thrown by older roadmap material calling the class Warpweaver. That was a working western name used before release. Dimensions Unbound launches the class under the final Dimensionalist name, while the creation route remains the Male Specialist path Amazon described in the September notes.
Create a Dimensionalist: powerpass support is already included
Create a Dimensionalist and you can use the same updated progression infrastructure as other supported classes. Amazon says Dimensionalist equipment is included in gear chests provided during Powerpass use, which avoids the awkward situation where a newly released class can be created but cannot properly use a catch-up item. The broader September overhaul also leaves South Rimeria II as the only purchasable Powerpass, boosting a character directly to item level 1660.
That does not mean every account should instantly spend a paid Powerpass. Dimensions Unbound also launches Jump-Up Boost and Rapid Growth, both aimed at accelerating characters through the endgame progression band. Check which events your chosen character is eligible for before committing account-limited selections, especially because Jump-Up Boost permits only one selected character per account with a single character change.
Create a Dimensionalist: awakening, skills and class systems
Create a Dimensionalist and the class has its own Awakening quest support and skill acquisition items from day one. New achievements, titles, trophies and a global chat icon are also included, while seven craftable skins and several existing skin lines have been extended to the new class. This is a full class launch rather than an early-access shell waiting for later integration.
One launch-week limitation is worth knowing before you start copying setups. The Recommended Skills feature exists for Dimensionalist, but Amazon says the statistical recommendations themselves will begin on September 23 after data collection. Your character can still learn and use its skills normally; it is only the crowd-data recommendation layer that needs an extra week.
What to do immediately after character creation
Create a Dimensionalist, finish the normal class setup and then decide whether the character is going into Jump-Up Boost, Rapid Growth or a Powerpass route. Jump-Up Boost accepts a character at item level 1660 or above and carries milestone support through 1720. Rapid Growth accepts a designated character from 1660 up to 1700 and then rewards progress through additional milestones up to 1720.
The best first move is therefore account management rather than rushing into combat without checking your events. Once the character is assigned correctly, the Dimensionalist can move into the same content ecosystem as the rest of the roster. That makes the September launch unusually friendly to a new main, provided you do not waste the limited event selections on the wrong character first.
Cosmetic support is already broad enough that the new character does not feel isolated from the rest of the roster. The launch pack is joined by Dimensionalist versions of Big Wave, Bloody Dragonslayer and selected mileage skins, while seven craftable skins give players non-store options to pursue as the character develops.
