How to Get Fluffy Friend in Aniimo requires a PlayStation 5 Aniimo pre-order pack. Fluffy Friend is the PlayStation-exclusive pre-order accessory and is included with the eligible Advanced or Collector’s pack.
After servers open, create or log into the intended character on the purchasing PSN account and claim the pack from in-game mail before moving to another linked platform.
How to Get Fluffy Friend in Aniimo: confirmed details
For How to Get Fluffy Friend in Aniimo, the console packs are optional extras, and their accessories are tied to the platform used to buy them.
Console pre-orders are optional because Aniimo itself is free-to-play. The Advanced pack is the lower-cost option and includes the platform accessory plus the Premium/Advanced pass entitlement. The Collector’s pack costs more and includes the same platform accessory plus the higher Collector’s pass entitlement. Regional store pricing varies.
PlayStation pre-orders use the Fluffy Friend accessory, while Xbox pre-orders use Doggo Dude. Pawprint Studio describes those accessories as platform-exclusive pre-order items. After launch, the pack is delivered through the in-game mailbox to the first character created on the console account that bought it.
Pre-order content has to be claimed first on the platform where it was purchased. Once the platform account is correctly linked to the same Aniimo Pass and the same regional server, the claimed accessory and resources can be used from other supported platforms. Skipping the first-console account-linking prompt can create a separate Aniimo Pass, so existing players should link carefully.
Server times and regional launch
How to Get Fluffy Friend in Aniimo also connects to this part of the launch build. The timing matters because Aniimo uses regional server groups rather than one global local-time unlock.
Aniimo’s PC and console launch is split across three regional server groups rather than one universal local-time unlock. America opens on September 15 at 22:00 UTC-4, Europe opens on September 16 at 02:00 UTC, and APAC opens on September 16 at 10:00 UTC+8. For players in the UK, the Europe time is 3:00 a.m. BST because the published server time is given in UTC rather than British Summer Time.
Pre-download opened on September 14 at 10:00 UTC+8 for Windows PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. PC players can install the official launcher immediately. Console pre-load access is tied to the paid pre-order packs, even though the base game itself becomes free-to-play at launch. That distinction matters if a player sees a console store price before September 16 and assumes Aniimo is a paid release.
What you can spend money on
How to Get Fluffy Friend in Aniimo also connects to this part of the launch build. The important distinction is between access to the game and the optional things players can pay for.
Aniimo launches as a free-to-play game. There is no purchase required for the base PC, PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S client once the launch window opens. The paid console pre-order packs are optional bundles built around platform-exclusive accessories and Battle Pass redemption items, not an entry fee for the game itself.
The launch build includes in-app purchases. Pawprint Studio names Lumin Crystals as a paid currency and says purchases can be made through the console stores, the in-game payment route or the official Aniimo shop after account linking. Paid Battle Pass tiers also exist, with Advanced and Collector’s levels that cannot both be activated in the same pass period.
Practical checklist for How to Get Fluffy Friend in Aniimo
How to Get Fluffy Friend in Aniimo is easier to handle if the important steps are done in the right order. The account-linking step is the bit worth slowing down for. On a console that has never logged into Aniimo, the first prompt is the opportunity to attach an existing Aniimo Pass. Skipping it can create a new game account instead of joining your existing one.
Claim the pack on the console store account that purchased it before expecting the bonus on PC or another device. Once claimed and linked on the same server, the accessory and resources can follow the Aniimo Pass.
Where to check after launch
If How to Get Fluffy Friend in Aniimo changes after launch, use the in-game notice first and the official Aniimo website for the latest first-party information. Live-service timings, event rewards and pass contents can change between versions.
