The Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite is a Chapter 7 Season 4 Gizmo that calls a boosted, llama-themed Supply Drop directly to your current location. Unlike a normal Supply Drop that you have to travel toward, the Llama Supply Drop lets you bring the loot to you instead.
The Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite is one of the new Gizmos introduced with Override, alongside the Cheat Code Locator, Extraction Accelerator and Spicy Taco.
It is also connected to some of the season’s new Power Up mechanics, making it worth understanding rather than treating it like an ordinary Supply Drop.
DestinyAwaits adds another Llama Supply Drop route
The v42.20 update introduces DestinyAwaits, a Kingdom Hearts-linked Lobby Hack associated with two Llama Supply Drops. That makes it the newest direct code route for the Gizmo after older Llama Supply Drop codes and rewards.
The code is tied to the collaboration rollout, so it may not accept immediately on every client as soon as the base update finishes. If the Admin Panel rejects the exact spelling, wait for the Kingdom Hearts content to finish activating rather than repeatedly reinstalling or changing the code.
Once claimed, a Llama Supply Drop still does what this guide describes: it calls a boosted llama-themed Supply Drop to your current location, giving you a way to bring the loot to yourself instead of chasing a normal drop across the map.
What Does the Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite Do?
The Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite calls a boosted, llama-themed Supply Drop at your current location.
That means you do not need to chase a Supply Drop marker across the map.
Use the Gizmo and the Supply Drop comes to you.
Epic specifically describes it as a boosted Supply Drop, distinguishing it from the ordinary Supply Drops that can appear naturally during a Battle Royale match.
How to Use the Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite
Using the Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite is straightforward:
- Obtain the Llama Supply Drop Gizmo.
- Choose somewhere reasonably safe to use it.
- Activate the Gizmo.
- A llama-themed Supply Drop is called to your current location.
- Open it and collect the loot.
Because the Supply Drop comes to you, it can be useful when you need additional loot without abandoning your current position.
Is the Llama Supply Drop a Gizmo?
Yes.
The Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite is one of four new Gizmos introduced for Chapter 7 Season 4. Epic’s current list includes:
- Cheat Code Locator
- Extraction Accelerator
- Llama Supply Drop
- Spicy Taco
Gizmos are consumable items designed to provide quick shortcuts or useful effects during Override.
The Llama Supply Drop is the loot-focused option.
What Do You Get From a Llama Supply Drop?
Epic describes the Llama Supply Drop as providing a boosted llama-themed Supply Drop, but does not publish a complete fixed loot table for it.
That means we should not claim that every Llama Supply Drop contains the same weapons or items.
The useful confirmed detail is that the Supply Drop itself provides boosted loot and arrives wherever you activate the Gizmo.
There are also post-launch reports linking Llama Supply Drops with 1-Up Tokens, which are one of the new Chapter 7 Season 4 Power Ups.
Can You Get a 1-Up Token From a Llama Supply Drop?
Current post-launch testing lists Llama Supply Drops as one possible source of a 1-Up Token.
The 1-Up Token gives you another life and allows you to respawn with your inventory after being eliminated. Epic confirms the function of the token itself in the Chapter 7 Season 4 update notes.
That makes Llama Supply Drops particularly useful if you are working on the Acquire Power Ups quest as well as simply looking for better loot.
However, a 1-Up Token should not be treated as guaranteed from every Llama Supply Drop.
How to Get a Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite
The Llama Supply Drop is part of the Chapter 7 Season 4 Gizmo system.
There is also an Admin Panel code connected directly to the item.
Entering:
O2OVERRIDE
through the Fortnite lobby Admin Panel gives you a Llama Supply Drop as part of its reward.
This is one of the easiest ways to get access to the Gizmo without relying entirely on finding one through normal gameplay.
Where Do You Enter the O2OVERRIDE Code?
To use the code:
- Go to the Fortnite Battle Royale lobby.
- Open the Admin Panel.
- Enter
O2OVERRIDE. - Submit the code.
- Claim the available reward.
The Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite and the Admin Panel system are separate mechanics, but this particular Lobby Hack gives you direct access to the Gizmo.
Is a Llama Supply Drop the Same as a Supply Llama?
No.
The names are annoyingly similar, but a Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite is not the same thing as finding a normal Supply Llama wandering around the Island.
The Chapter 7 Season 4 Llama Supply Drop is a Gizmo that calls in a llama-themed Supply Drop at your location.
You are summoning a Supply Drop rather than hunting down one of Fortnite’s traditional loot llamas.
Does the Llama Supply Drop Come to You?
Yes.
This is the main advantage of the Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite.
Epic specifically says it calls the boosted Supply Drop at your current location.
You do not need to follow a random Supply Drop across the map.
That makes it particularly useful if you have already secured a good position and do not want to leave it just to chase additional loot.
When Should You Use a Llama Supply Drop?
The Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite can be particularly useful when:
- You need better loot
- You are looking for a possible 1-Up Token
- You are staying in a strong position
- You do not want to travel toward a normal Supply Drop
- Your squad needs additional equipment
It is probably sensible to avoid activating one while standing completely exposed with another squad staring directly at you.
The Supply Drop comes to your position, which is useful, but it also means that is where the loot is going to land.
Does the Llama Supply Drop Guarantee Legendary Loot?
Epic calls the Llama Supply Drop boosted, but the official Chapter 7 Season 4 notes do not state that every drop guarantees a Legendary weapon.
Until there is a properly documented loot table, it is better to treat it as an improved Supply Drop rather than promise a specific rarity every time.
Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite Explained
The Llama Supply Drop in Fortnite is a Chapter 7 Season 4 Gizmo that calls a boosted llama-themed Supply Drop directly to your current position.
It gives you a convenient way to bring extra loot to yourself rather than travelling across the Island, and current post-launch testing also links Llama Supply Drops with the new 1-Up Token.
If you want an easy route to the Gizmo, the O2OVERRIDE Admin Panel code provides a Llama Supply Drop reward.
