Infinity Nikki Touring Sleigh is a limited Version 2.11 activity that takes Nikki on a winter ride through Snowgrove. The sleigh becomes available after progressing the exclusive quest The Snow Remembers, and completing the event can earn Diamonds.
To find it, you’ll need to progress The Snow Remembers and use the temporary teleport point in Elderwood Forest. That takes you to Snowgrove, where the sleigh activity runs until 26 November.
Infinity Nikki Touring Sleigh: How to unlock it
First, make progress in The Snow Remembers, the exclusive quest introduced with Version 2.11. This winter quest itself becomes available after you complete Chapter 2 of the Itzaland main storyline.
Infold says you must progress The Snow Remembers to unlock the ride, rather than finish the entire story. If you don’t see the activity, continue the quest a little further and check Snowgrove again.
- Finish Chapter 2 of the Itzaland main story to meet The Snow Remembers unlock requirement.
- Start and make progress through The Snow Remembers.
- Find the limited-time Snowgrove teleport point in Elderwood Forest.
- Use that waypoint to enter Snowgrove.
- Find the seasonal Touring Sleigh activity in town and take the ride.
The confirmed route for Infinity Nikki Touring Sleigh is Itzaland Chapter 2, The Snow Remembers quest, Elderwood Forest’s seasonal teleport point, then Snowgrove. The publisher hasn’t specified an exact quest-stage trigger or map coordinate for the sleigh.
Infinity Nikki Touring Sleigh: Where is Snowgrove?
The activity takes place in Snowgrove, the winter town reached through the special teleport point that opens in Elderwood Forest during Version 2.11. Look for the limited-time destination on your map instead of trying to navigate from a normal Florawish waypoint.
Once you’re in Snowgrove, follow the event prompt to find the sleigh. The ride is a tour through the snowy town, not a race with a published route or time target.

Does The Snow Remembers have to be completed?
You only need to progress the exclusive quest far enough for Touring Sleigh to open. Finishing every quest objective is not listed as an unlock requirement.
For Infinity Nikki Touring Sleigh, start with Itzaland Chapter 2 if you haven’t finished it. Then work through The Snow Remembers before heading to the new seasonal waypoint.
The Snow Remembers also has its own rewards, including To Friendship and To Encounter earring sketches and the limited Page of Falling Snow card claimed from its event page after finishing. Touring Sleigh is a separate activity with its own Diamond rewards.
What rewards can you get from the sleigh ride?
Touring Sleigh awards Diamonds. The announcement doesn’t give a fixed total, so check the current reward in your event menu before setting off.
The reward also isn’t the same as the gift from finishing The Snow Remembers. If you’re completing all the snowy 2.11 content, check both the Touring Sleigh activity and the exclusive quest’s Events task page, where the additional quest card and Diamonds can be claimed.
What if the Snowgrove teleport isn’t appearing?
There are three useful things to check: you’re playing Version 2.11, you’ve met the Itzaland Chapter 2 requirement for the exclusive quest, and you’ve actually progressed The Snow Remembers rather than only opening its task description.
Next, look in Elderwood Forest for the limited-time teleport point. The Infinity Nikki Touring Sleigh is tied to this seasonal area; travelling to a permanent waypoint elsewhere won’t replace that step.
If you reach Snowgrove but still can’t start the ride, check whether the current The Snow Remembers objective has been completed. The activity’s exact starting position isn’t listed in the announcement.
Infinity Nikki Touring Sleigh end date and time
The Infinity Nikki Touring Sleigh event ends on 26 November 2026 at 17:29 GMT, equivalent to 10:29 UTC-7. It launched with the 29 October update, and the Snowgrove access described in the event is limited-time.
The Infinity Nikki Touring Sleigh event is only available during Version 2.11, so allow time for the Itzaland prerequisite. Our Snow Remembers guide also explains how to claim the quest’s separate limited card.
