Warzone Loaded Resurgence is a 44-player mode where you enter with your chosen loadout instead of searching for weapons or waiting for a loadout drop. It is built for immediate action on Zodiac and Rebirth Island, with extra perks unlocked through eliminations.

Warzone Loaded Resurgence arrives with Warzone Season 1 on 6 November 2026. The key rules are simple: start fully equipped, keep your weapons when you redeploy, contribute to eliminations to earn perks, and survive long enough for your squad to win.

Warzone Loaded Resurgence rules at a glance

The maximum lobby size is 44 players. Maps listed by Activision are Zodiac and Rebirth Island. Unlike the 120-player Massive Resurgence mode on Hajin, the Loaded variant concentrates combat on the smaller Resurgence maps.

You start with the loadout you selected before the match. That means you can fight with familiar weapons straight away rather than searching buildings for a workable setup. There is no need to call in a standard loadout drop just to get those selected guns.

Warzone Loaded Resurgence is still a competitive match. Players need to eliminate opposing squads and be the last team standing to win, rather than roaming indefinitely as they can in the new Rally Point training mode.

Do you keep your loadout after dying?

Yes. Activision specifically says that when you return after death in Warzone Loaded Resurgence, you keep your equipped weapons. That is one of the mode’s biggest conveniences: a redeploy does not send you back into a firefight having to hunt down a replacement weapon before you can compete.

Activision confirms that you keep your selected weapons when you redeploy. It has not published a full breakdown of every piece of equipment or consumable that returns with them.

Keep your loadout choices practical for repeated combat. Being able to redeploy with your favourite gun is useful, but a weapon setup suited to a distant sightline may not be ideal when you drop straight into the close quarters of Zodiac’s industrial interiors.

Warzone Loaded Resurgence perks and Specialist

Perk progression is the second big rule change. In Warzone Loaded Resurgence, contributing to eliminations earns new perks. Keep adding them and you can progress toward Specialist, giving skilled, active squads a reason to keep fighting.

The roadmap does not give an exact elimination count for Specialist or list a fixed perk order. What it does confirm is that eliminations earn additional perks as the match continues.

Because this progression is tied to team activity, supporting your squad matters. Helping to secure an elimination can contribute to getting your build stronger as the match develops. It is another reason to stay close enough to help rather than treating Loaded as a solo firing range.

How the Resurgence countdown works

Warzone Loaded Resurgence retains the central Resurgence mechanic: surviving teammates help eliminated players return. According to the roadmap, squad members need to survive the redeploy countdown to bring allies back into the match.

Before making a risky push, check which teammates are still alive. When only one teammate remains, protecting that player’s position can be the difference between getting another chance and losing the team. Once players return, the retained loadout means they can get back to fighting with weapons they already know.

Warzone Loaded Resurgence does not have the no-circle, infinite-return rules of Rally Point. It is a survival-focused team match. The official announcement does not spell out the exact late-game cutoff for redeployments or the timing of every countdown phase.

Which maps are available?

Zodiac is the new 44-player Resurgence location at the DRC Advanced Systems facility in South Korea. Its ten named points of interest include Admin, Trackline, Furnace, Solar, Old Mines, Dispatch, Depot, Sentinel, Cooling and R&D. Moving trains, underground passages and elevated industrial spaces add different routes for squads.

Rebirth Island is also named as a Warzone Loaded Resurgence map. Rebirth Island is in the announced map pool, although Activision says it returns later in Season 1. Zodiac is the new Resurgence setting for launch.

If you are learning Zodiac, pay attention to how its tunnels and train crossings link separate areas. The ability to bring your chosen guns into repeated encounters makes map familiarity and good positioning valuable from the first drop.

Warzone Loaded Resurgence vs other Season 1 modes

Massive Resurgence takes place on Hajin with up to 120 players. It uses a redeploy countdown on a big Battle Royale-sized map with closing gas, and enemy squads are marked after you eliminate one of their players.

Rally Point is different again: it has 20 players on Zodiac, no gas circle, infinite Resurgence and Neutral Grounds where you can form temporary alliances. It is designed to help you learn, not to provide the same last-team-standing format.

Warzone Loaded Resurgence is the better choice when you want conventional competitive Resurgence but prefer to start with a familiar loadout and build extra perks through eliminations. It removes the early scramble for weapons without removing the squad-survival objective.

Warzone Loaded Resurgence launch time worldwide

Season 1 goes live at midnight Eastern on Friday 6 November 2026. That converts to 5:00 am GMT in the UK, 6:00 am CET, 2:00 pm JST and 4:00 pm AEDT; players in the US Pacific time zone get the update at 9:00 pm PST on Thursday 5 November.

Activision lists Loaded among the launch limited-time modes. As with other limited-time playlists, specific map availability and later rotations can change. The confirmed core rules are the 44-player cap, chosen starting loadouts, retained weapons on redeploy and perk progression toward Specialist.
