The Sims 4 Coach RePurposed Capsule is free to claim through October 28, 2026. EA released the four-piece Create a Sim collection on July 28. If you want the Coach clothing, this is the final advertised day of the free offer.
EA has not announced an exact expiry time. Its public Marketplace still lists the capsule under Free on October 28, so check the price and claim button in your own game before downloading.
The Sims 4 Coach RePurposed Capsule release and expiry date
EA announced The Sims 4 Coach RePurposed Capsule on July 20 and released it on July 28, 2026. The free promotion runs through October 28, 2026. July 21 was the date of a separate game update, not this capsule’s launch.
The offer covers PC and Mac players using the EA app, Epic Games Store or Steam, plus PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. A copy of the free Sims 4 base game and current updates are required. Players do not need to buy an expansion to use the Coach clothing.
EA has given no UK cutoff time or store-reset hour. After October 28, check whether the Marketplace still offers a free claim before reporting the capsule as unavailable. A product page remaining online doesn’t establish that the offer is still active.
How to claim The Sims 4 Coach RePurposed Capsule
- Launch The Sims 4 and open Marketplace from the Main Menu.
- Choose the Free section, then find Coach RePurposed Capsule by Maxis.
- Open the listing and confirm that the claim or download option is still free.
- Complete the claim, then download or install the content if prompted.
- Open Create a Sim to find your new clothing.
PC and Mac players can also use EA’s web Marketplace or the EA app. PlayStation and Xbox players need to complete their claim in-game, as EA does not support console Marketplace checkout on the web. The Sims 4 Coach RePurposed Capsule does not require Moola while the free offer is running.
If the capsule isn’t listed, confirm you’re online and looking in the Free category. Check the current product price before downloading; older screenshots showing a free price won’t tell you whether the promotion is still running.
What’s inside The Sims 4 Coach RePurposed Capsule?
The Sims 4 Coach RePurposed Capsule adds four Create a Sim items inspired by Coach (Re)Loved: a full-body trench-coat outfit, denim skirt, cardigan and rugby shirt. These are the designs EA names in its official announcement.
EA describes the clothes as reworked back-to-school staples influenced by Coach’s reclaimed-material designs. The capsule is listed as a Maxis release, separate from the paid Music Den Kit announced at the same time.
Once installed, look for the four pieces in Create a Sim. If they’re missing, check your clothing filters and whether the Marketplace download completed. The capsule is a separate claim, not content automatically added by the July 21 patch.
Is The Sims 4 Coach RePurposed Capsule permanently free?
No. EA announced the capsule as a limited-time free download from July 28 to October 28, 2026. It did not promise that new players could claim it for free indefinitely.
On October 28, EA’s public web store still shows The Sims 4 Coach RePurposed Capsule under Free. It doesn’t display a confirmed closing hour, so the live Marketplace claim option is the deciding check.
Can you still get The Sims 4 Coach RePurposed Capsule after October 28?
EA hasn’t announced an extended free period. Once October 28 has passed, look for a free claim in the Marketplace. If it’s gone or the price has changed, the original promotion has ended; simply seeing an old product page isn’t enough.
