Reverse 1999 3.9 banners feature Hedone first, followed by Narcissus. Hedone’s six-star Mineral banner started with Version 3.9 on 5 November 2026 and ends on 26 November at 09:59 GMT. Narcissus, a six-star Beast Arcanist, takes over at 10:00 GMT that day and remains featured until 17 December at 09:59 GMT.

Each banner has two featured five-star characters. Bluepoch is also giving away 14 Unilog across two sign-in campaigns, requiring seven days of sign-ins in each phase. Those free summons don’t mean a guaranteed Hedone or Narcissus, and the Version 3.9 selector banners have separate rules. Here are the dates, pools and what to check before spending.

The Reign of Flames Undying is the first-phase banner. If you’re saving for Hedone, you need to summon before the morning of 26 November in Britain. The developer’s original end time is 04:59 (UTC-5), five hours behind UTC/GMT. In Central Europe that’s 10:59 CET, and in Japan it’s 18:59 JST.

Lend an Ear to the Pond is the second-phase banner. Narcissus becomes available at 05:00 (UTC-5) on 26 November, or 10:00 GMT. There is no extra day of overlap with Hedone’s featured period. Her final cutoff on 17 December is 09:59 GMT.

How to get 14 free Unilog in Reverse 1999 3.9 banners

Version 3.9 runs two sign-in campaigns. The first lasts from the 5 November update until 26 November at 09:59 GMT. The second runs from 26 November at 10:00 GMT to 17 December at 09:59 GMT. You can collect seven Unilog in each phase, for 14 altogether, by signing in on seven days per phase.

You don’t receive all 14 simply for logging in once, and the second part isn’t a substitute for completing the first. Open the sign-in screen to claim rewards and count how many days are still available in the current period. The reward campaign and the character banner periods use the same main phase change on 26 November.

Are the selector banners part of Reverse 1999 3.9 banners?

Version 3.9 also has Ripples on the Water, where you select a returning six-star as a rate-up target, and Boon of the Water, which starts on 1 December and lets you pick three possible six-stars. They are not Hedone’s or Narcissus’s debut banners. Their guarantees and discounted initial ten-pulls are different.

The seven-Unilog first ten-pull belongs to Ripples on the Water; Boon’s first ten-pull costs five Unilog. Do not assume either discount applies to a new-character banner. Likewise, never assume the selector’s guarantee counter automatically transfers to Hedone’s or Narcissus’s summon screen. The banner’s own Details page gives its rules.

What should you summon on?

If your goal is the new Mineral character, Hedone’s banner is currently the one to inspect. If you want Narcissus, wait until the announced second-phase start. If your real goal is one of the returning characters, compare the selector pools instead of using Unilog on the wrong featured banner.

For the rest of the update, Rekindled: Games of the Summer-Gold Sea has its own story and Confetti Strip shop, and Musae’s Arcade uses Duel Cards and Marvelous Marbles. Those activities won’t automatically award either debut six-star. The important decision with Reverse 1999 3.9 banners is which summon pool you’re choosing and when it closes.
