Pokémon Champions Global Challenge II Basculegion: How to Claim the Reward

Pokémon Champions Global Challenge II Basculegion is the male Basculegion participation reward for the 2027 Global Challenge II. To qualify, finish three matches with recorded wins or losses by Monday 2 November 2026 at 01:59 GMT in the UK.

You don’t have to win all three games or finish near the top of the leaderboard. Once final results are ready, check your ranking in Online Competitions before collecting the reward from your in-game mailbox. The Pokémon isn’t sent immediately after your third battle.

How to Unlock Pokémon Champions Global Challenge II Basculegion

First, register your Battle Team and play three qualifying matches. Once the event ends, check your result and collect the Pokémon. Late registration is allowed, but you still need enough time to complete those matches.

1. Open Battle → Online Competitions in Pokémon Champions.
2. Choose 2027 Global Challenge II, register a legal Battle Team and enter.
3. Finish at least three battles with official wins or losses.
4. After the event and its final ranking calculation, open Battle → Online Competitions and check your result.
5. Visit the in-game mailbox and claim your male Basculegion.

Pokémon Champions Global Challenge II Basculegion isn’t tied to a particular leaderboard position. Championship Points are a separate reward, with their own ranking and account requirements.

Do You Need to Win Three Matches?

No. The requirement is three matches with recorded wins or losses. Even three defeats will qualify you. Finish the games rather than worrying about a winning streak.

An unfinished match doesn’t meet the official win-or-loss condition. Make sure your three results are recorded in the competition before the deadline.

Your rating won’t prevent you receiving the participation reward if you’ve completed the required matches. Leaderboard placement matters for competitive points, not this Pokémon.

When Does Global Challenge II End in the UK?

Global Challenge II runs from Friday 30 October at 02:00 GMT to Monday 2 November at 01:59 GMT. The entry window closes at the same time as the competition, so don’t leave your three matches until the last minute.

Our Global Challenge II registration guide covers where to enter and how to register your Battle Team. Choose your team carefully and leave time for all three battles.

When Can You Claim Pokémon Champions Global Challenge II Basculegion?

The reward becomes available after the final results are calculated. Pokémon instructs players to check the tournament ranking in Battle → Online Competitions first. The Basculegion distribution is then collected from your mailbox.

Wait until tournament results are available, then open your ranking in Online Competitions before checking Mail. Completing the third battle doesn’t deliver Basculegion immediately.

Do You Need a Linked Trainer Central Account?

No. Pokémon Champions Global Challenge II Basculegion requires a valid tournament entry and three completed matches. Linking Trainer Central and Play! Pokémon Access is for Championship Points eligibility, not the Pokémon prize.

To earn Championship Points as well, you must have a Trainer Central account before registering, link it using Play! Pokémon Access and enter the correct Champions Support ID. Keep the accounts linked through reward allocation. See our Championship Points guide for those steps.

Why Has Basculegion Not Appeared in Your Mailbox?

Start by checking that you completed three matches with recorded results. Once final rankings are available, open the competition result before looking in the mailbox.

Simply registering doesn’t qualify you, and neither does finishing only one or two matches. If you have three completed results, return after the rankings are published and follow the mailbox claim process.

Pokémon Champions Global Challenge II Basculegion is different from the Archaludon offered in Global Challenge I. Once you’ve claimed the male form, our Basculegion guide explains its abilities and best battle uses.
