Material Selection Boxes can also help close a shortfall, but they are usually more valuable after you know exactly what the account is missing. Do not automatically open every selector on Colorful Ticket Stub if another limited character is competing for the same box.
Eternal Memory in NTE Blackbird Materials
Eternal Memory comes from Anomaly Pilgrimage: Debt Collector and becomes relevant in the later Esper Ability levels. The Debt Collector unlocks through main story progression around Chapter 5, so players on a newer account may need to continue the story before the weekly-style material route is available.
