NTE Blackbird Banner is the Foretold Finale Limited Board running from September 30 after the Version 1.4 update until October 21 at 05:59 UTC+8. Blackbird is the featured S-Class character, while Mint, Edgar and Adler are the A-Class characters included on the board during the first half of the update.
The NTE Blackbird Banner also has a separate cosmetic reward layer through Divination Perks. Rolls on Foretold Finale can randomly land on The Harbinger glider livery, the Nightplume Yesteryear bike livery or Blackbird’s Rouge et Noir outfit, while the same reward pool can also be claimed through cumulative-roll milestones.
NTE Blackbird Banner start and end date
| Detail | Version 1.4 information |
|---|---|
| Start | September 30, after Version 1.4 maintenance |
| End | October 21, 05:59 UTC+8 |
| Featured S-Class | Blackbird |
| A-Class characters | Mint, Edgar and Adler |
| Board name | Foretold Finale |
The NTE Blackbird Banner requires the early main story quest Prologue – A New Destination – Head to Eibon Antique Shop. If Foretold Finale is missing on a new account, continue that story requirement before treating the board as a regional problem.
Characters on the NTE Blackbird Banner
Blackbird is the limited S-Class focus. Mint, Edgar and Adler are the three A-Class characters named in the official board details. That gives players a mixed supporting cast rather than a board filled only with characters built specifically for Blackbird.
If you are deciding whether to roll for account value, judge the full board against the roster you already own. Pulling for Blackbird is straightforward if she is the goal, but A-Class duplicates can change the value of the journey to the featured S-Class.
Cosmetic rewards on the NTE Blackbird Banner
Foretold Finale also contains three highlighted non-character rewards: The Harbinger glider livery, Nightplume for the Yesteryear bike and Blackbird’s Rouge et Noir outfit. They can appear randomly through rolls before the cumulative Divination Perks thresholds are reached.
The official Version 1.4 notes list Divination Perks milestones at 50, 120 and 200 cumulative rolls. The patch note does not map each named reward to a specific milestone in text, so use the live event page for the exact reward order before planning around one number.
How Divination Perks work with the NTE Blackbird Banner
Only rolls on Foretold Finale count toward its Divination Perks progress. Do not assume rolls on Lacrimosa’s Fading Reverie board will advance Blackbird’s cosmetic track because each board and perk page is tracked separately.
That is important for players splitting pulls between rerun and new-character boards. A total of 120 rolls across two different boards is not automatically the same as 120 Foretold Finale rolls for Divination Perks.
Is Crime and Punishment on the NTE Blackbird Banner
No. Crime and Punishment is Blackbird’s signature Arc, but it uses the separate Roostfeather Special Arc Research Program. Character board pulls and Arc research are different systems and use different event resources.
Plan them as two budgets. Winning Blackbird does not automatically give her signature Arc, and researching the Arc does not increase Divination Perks progress on Foretold Finale.
What happens after the NTE Blackbird Banner ends
The first-half window closes on October 21 at 05:59 UTC+8, which is also when Version 1.4 moves toward its second update and Akane Rin content. Limited character availability can return later, but the patch notes do not promise an immediate Blackbird rerun date.
If Rouge et Noir or another Divination Perks reward is the real goal, claim the available perk reward before the board disappears rather than assuming the event page will remain accessible forever after the closing time.
Should you pull on the NTE Blackbird Banner
Pull if Blackbird fits the account or if her Psyche and CRIT-focused play gives you something your roster is missing. If the account already has several developed damage dealers, the value becomes more about team flexibility, aesthetics and whether you want to invest in her signature Arc as well.
NTE Blackbird Banner is live now, lasts until October 21 and includes Blackbird, Mint, Edgar and Adler, with The Harbinger, Nightplume and Rouge et Noir attached to the Foretold Finale Divination Perks layer.
Useful check for NTE Blackbird Banner
NTE Blackbird Banner should be checked against the live Version 1.4 menus before spending limited currency because Blackbird’s first global phase is active now. Use the current reward preview, upgrade screen or event countdown as the final confirmation when an older pre-release image shows different wording.
