With many functions to use, the Pokemon Go Plus + is definitely a gadget to be excited about.

Not only can you spin stops, but you can also catch Pokemon using any of the PokeBalls available, something that has been limited to users of the Gotcha.

Using Pokemon GO Plus + to track your sleep time can also give you rewards!

To activate sleep tracking you will need to enable the sleep settings! You will see the option to activate this setting in a tutorial when you first connect Pokémon GO to your Pokémon GO Plus + device.

Once you’re sharing sleep data, you can set the time of day you would like to get the sleep rewards you earned. This will also be the time at which your sleep duration will reset every day.

This can be changed at any time in the Pokémon GO Plus + device settings. Remember that rewards are not automatically claimed, so you must connect your Pokémon GO Plus + and log into Pokémon GO to claim your sleep rewards every day.

How to track your sleep

Before Pokemon GO++ sleep can track your sleep correctly, there are a few steps you must follow before going to sleep.

When you know you’re going to sleep, press and hold the main button on the Pokemon GO Plus + until a blue light flashes indicating it’s working and you hear a lullaby sound.

Once you have woken up, press and hold the same button until a multicolored flash has shown. If the flash is red, it means that your sleep was not recorded successfully or the sleep wasn’t long enough to count, the sleep must be longer than 90 minutes for it to count as a sleep session.

Log onto Pokemon Go, and reconnect your Pokemon GO+ to collect your sleep rewards!

Remember the Pokemon GO+ sleep can also be connected to separate app: Pokemon Sleep
