Marvel Rivals Heal Allies 10,000 Health is the Endgame PvE mission that rewards the Highway Hero Captain America MVP animation and a matching Captain America: The Winter Soldier spray. To complete it, restore 10,000 health to teammates while playing the limited-time Thanos Descends mode.

A Strategist is the best starting role because a 50-player fight gives healers frequent chances to restore real lost health. Jubilee excels at healing groups, while Ultron, Cloak and Dagger and Jeff the Land Shark offer other reliable ways to keep teammates alive. Here’s how to approach the objective, check your progress and find the reward once it unlocks.

Marvel Rivals Heal Allies 10,000 Health: What the healing mission requires

Open the Path to Doomsday: Avengers Endgame event panel and find Heal Allies 10,000 Health. The objective rewards helpful healing during Thanos Descends, the 50-player cooperative PvE event. It explicitly says allies, so you should prioritise healing damaged teammates rather than rely on self-healing to fill the counter. As with the other damage missions, check the actual event panel after the match; public guides confirm the numerical target but do not conclusively explain cross-session accumulation or shared lobby credit.

Choose a Strategist who can repeatedly heal several players. Jubilee is especially strong in this event: her Firework Finale sustains groups through heavy damage, and players testing the mode report exceptionally high healing totals with her. Ultron is another strong option because he heals with drones while staying mobile. Cloak and Dagger remains reliable for clustered teammates, while Jeff the Land Shark works well for continuous healing and escapes. Jeff the Land Shark brings Joyful Splash and Healing Bubbles to crowded groups and can use Hide and Seek to escape danger. Pick whichever healer you know well enough to stay alive with.

Marvel Rivals Heal Allies 10,000 Health: How to heal allies efficiently

Follow the largest group of active fighters, especially during heavy boss attacks. Aim heals at injured teammates rather than empty space or heroes with full health. Use broad or repeatable healing abilities when several allies have taken damage, and keep moving so Thanos’s sword and Stone attacks do not catch you. A large 50-player group creates plenty of opportunities for useful healing, but standing alone away from the main fight will not produce much recorded recovery.

Healing priorities in the opening phases

The first phase includes sword attacks and nearby Chitauri troops. Stay a short distance behind front-line heroes, watch who takes damage from the sword, and recover them before the next strike. Phase 2 adds teleports, stuns and a Reality Stone red zone that interferes with projectiles. Don’t stand inside obvious dangerous zones just to cast one more heal. Reposition with the group so injured teammates remain in range and you can keep recovering health without being stunned yourself.

Marvel Rivals Heal Allies 10,000 Health: Phase 3: Survive Sanctuary II bombardment

In the third phase Thanos switches to the Infinity Gauntlet and Sanctuary II fires missiles into the arena. Move when Thanos holds the Gauntlet up and pauses, then look for teammates who have been hit. Use protective or area-healing abilities where multiple allies are grouped. Ultron’s ability to keep healing while mobile is useful here; Jeff can escape danger with Hide and Seek and keep spraying heals. The important skill is surviving the barrage and then topping up real lost health.

Phase 4: Keep allies alive during the Snap

At the end of the Marvel Rivals Heal Allies 10,000 Health attempt, Thanos becomes stationary and begins preparing the Snap. The whole team needs to finish his remaining health before the timer expires. Continue keeping the damage dealers alive, but use offensive abilities when healing is not urgently needed. Staying with the largest group often lets you rescue several damaged heroes quickly while they concentrate on killing the boss.

Marvel Rivals Heal Allies 10,000 Health: How to check the mission counter

After the Thanos Descends result screen, return to Path to Doomsday: Avengers Endgame and inspect the 10,000-health objective. That counter is the relevant progress display, rather than how impressive the general match scoreboard looks. Healing done to full-health allies may not restore any health, and self-healing is not explicitly part of this allies-only instruction. The publisher’s public notes don’t establish how totals carry between sessions, so check the event counter before deciding another attempt is needed.

Marvel Rivals Heal Allies 10,000 Health: How to claim Highway Hero

Completing Marvel Rivals Heal Allies 10,000 Health earns the Highway Hero MVP animation for Captain America and a Captain America: The Winter Soldier spray. Claim those from the event reward page if the game shows a claim button, then check Captain America’s MVP animations and the spray collection. Highway Hero is not a separate free Captain America costume: that outfit comes from simply completing one Endgame match. The two cosmetics are distinct rewards under the same event.

Marvel Rivals Heal Allies 10,000 Health: If your healing is not counting

First confirm you are queuing into Thanos Descends while an event session is open. Select a healer and actively restore allies who have lost health, not just yourself. Remain for the match results, then reopen the event panel and inspect the mission’s progress. If the bar still has not moved, try a different Strategist with a straightforward ally-healing ability. There is no officially documented guarantee that a partial match or a different playlist such as Infinity War PvP awards credit. If the objective appears broken, use the game’s support channel.

Marvel Rivals Heal Allies 10,000 Health: Event schedule and other rewards

Thanos Descends launched October 24 and runs only during scheduled windows over four weeks. The overall Endgame event ends November 26 at 09:00 UTC, but the combat sessions are limited, so look at the in-game calendar before planning your next attempt. The other missions award Captain America’s Winter Soldier costume for a finished match, the Thanos Plush for 20,000 damage to the boss, and a nameplate and emote for ten enemy defeats. Separate Times Square photo ops and screening rewards can be collected outside the boss fight. The earlier Infinity War Gallery Card and Infinity Finale are different event rewards; the Alchemax 18v18 mode is another separate queue.
