Jujutsu Shenanigans Kogane is a new V1.83 companion and menu found beside the emote wheel. Petting it gives you daily Cash, while winning fights in public servers earns points for Shenanigans. Its first unlockable effect, Revenge, costs 50 points and changes where you respawn after dying.
The daily Cash and combat points work differently. Your daily reward increases when you return on consecutive days, but your combat points reset when you leave a server. Here are the four menu options, the Cash amounts and how to use Revenge before your points disappear.
Where to find Jujutsu Shenanigans Kogane
Open the emote controls and look beside the right side of the emote wheel for the Kogane option. The new radial menu offers Emotes, Pet, Leaderboard and Shenanigans. Emotes brings back the usual wheel, while the other buttons cover your companion reward, statistics and point purchases.
Every player can open Jujutsu Shenanigans Kogane without a gamepass. The creature briefly appears when you interact, but it may disappear if left alone. That doesn’t prevent you from using the feature again.

How to earn free Cash by petting Kogane
Select Pet once per day to collect your reward. The first claim gives $5 Cash; every consecutive day adds another $1, to a stated maximum of $10 per day. The intended streak amounts are listed below.
| Day claimed consecutively | Cash |
|---|---|
| 1 | $5 |
| 2 | $6 |
| 3 | $7 |
| 4 | $8 |
| 5 | $9 |
| 6 and onwards | $10 stated maximum |
The daily reward from Jujutsu Shenanigans Kogane is separate from combat points. The community reference reports occasional rewards over the stated $10 cap, but that may be unintended behaviour; the amounts above follow the update’s intended scale.
How to get Kogane points from kills
Each qualifying kill in a public server earns five points. These points are shown in the Kogane system and are spent in the Shenanigans menu. They don’t count as normal Cash and aren’t gained from the daily Pet action.
For Jujutsu Shenanigans Kogane, ten public-server kills would earn the 50 points needed for Revenge, starting from zero with no spending. Private-server kills aren’t listed as a way to earn these points, so use public matches when working towards that purchase.

What does the Revenge Shenanigan do?
Open Shenanigans on the Kogane wheel and choose Revenge for 50 points. After your next death, the effect makes you respawn at the location where you died, rather than at the normal spawn. It’s useful when you want to return immediately to that part of the map.
Revenge doesn’t grant an extra life, an Awakening or a guaranteed opportunity to defeat the player who killed you. For now, it’s the only purchasable option documented for the Jujutsu Shenanigans Kogane menu. Other abilities suggested in community discussions aren’t part of this confirmed feature.
Do Kogane points reset between servers?
Yes. Your points reset to zero on leaving a public server. If you’ve earned enough for Revenge, buy it before you disconnect. Ten kills spread between two separate sessions do not necessarily give you one combined 50-point balance.
The Jujutsu Shenanigans Kogane daily Cash claim is different: it uses a daily streak rather than those temporary public-combat points. You don’t lose the Cash you’ve collected simply because the session ends.

How to view the Kogane leaderboard
Choose Leaderboard to see the players in your current server, their points, ranked Duel Elo and achievement progress. This screen is for viewing stats rather than buying cosmetics or unlocking a fighter.
The Jujutsu Shenanigans Kogane feature arrived with the Sky Assassin public release, but Kogane points do not unlock Sky Assassin. The character is now free through the roster; see our Sky Assassin unlock guide for those steps.
Why can’t I claim Pet or buy Revenge?
If Pet doesn’t pay Cash, check whether you’ve already claimed it today. If Revenge is unavailable, check your point total and whether you’re playing a public match. When you switch or leave servers your points will have reset, even if the Cash you earned earlier is still there.
For Jujutsu Shenanigans Kogane, the key is to use the points within the same server and remember the once-a-day Pet reward. Its future features have not all been announced, so don’t assume additional Shenanigans are already available.
