Hearthstone Mastermind Yogg-Saron Signature Card: How to Get It

Hearthstone Mastermind Yogg-Saron Signature Card

The Hearthstone Mastermind Yogg-Saron Signature Card comes from the Golden Reign of the Black Empire bundle chain, not Darkmoon Faire Treasures. Acquire all three Golden bundles between October 20 and December 1, 2026 and the Signature Yogg-Saron reward becomes claimable.

This is also the Yogg-Saron needed for Old Gods Collector: Part 2. That Feat asks for all four Signature Old Gods and rewards the animated Old God Card Back.

How to get the Hearthstone Mastermind Yogg-Saron Signature Card

Signature Mastermind Yogg-Saron is unlocked through the three Golden Reign of the Black Empire Bundles.

The quickest way to think about it is simple: finish the three-part Golden Reign of the Black Empire Bundle chain, then claim the Hearthstone Mastermind Yogg-Saron Signature Card. One or two bundles will not unlock the reward.

The chain runs from October 20 through December 1. C’Thun, Y’Shaarj and N’Zoth use Darkmoon Faire Treasures for their Signature versions, while Yogg-Saron uses this separate bundle route.

Do you need all three Golden Black Empire bundles?

Yes. The reward only appears after the third Golden bundle has been acquired. The first two are steps in the chain rather than alternate ways to unlock Signature Mastermind Yogg-Saron.

Once the chain is complete, the Hearthstone Mastermind Yogg-Saron Signature Card can be claimed. Blizzard has not listed a shortcut around that three-bundle requirement.

Is Signature Yogg-Saron in Darkmoon Faire Treasures?

No. There is no free Darkmoon Faire pull attached to Yogg-Saron’s Signature route. The Hearthstone Mastermind Yogg-Saron Signature Card is tied to the Golden bundle chain instead.

That makes Yogg-Saron the odd one out among the four Signature Old Gods. Signature C’Thun, Y’Shaarj and N’Zoth each have their own Darkmoon Faire Treasures window.

Does Signature Yogg-Saron count for the Old God Card Back?

Yes. The Hearthstone Mastermind Yogg-Saron Signature Card fills one of the four slots in Old Gods Collector: Part 2. You also need Signature C’Thun, Eye of the Empire, Signature Y’Shaarj, Titan Bane and Signature N’Zoth, Dream’s End.

Collect all four Signature Old Gods and Part 2 awards the animated Old God Card Back. Normal and Golden versions work for Part 1, but they won’t satisfy the Signature-only Part 2 requirement.

When can you complete all four Signature Old Gods?

Yogg-Saron and C’Thun open on October 20, Y’Shaarj follows on October 23, and N’Zoth arrives on November 3. That makes November 3 the first day all four announced acquisition routes are open.

You still have to finish each route separately. For Yogg-Saron, that means completing the full Golden bundle chain before the Signature reward becomes available.

Can you craft Signature Mastermind Yogg-Saron?

No. Signature cards cannot be crafted with Arcane Dust. The bundle-chain requirement therefore cannot be skipped by crafting the premium version instead.

If you only want Mastermind Yogg-Saron for a deck, a regular copy is enough. The Signature version matters for the premium card treatment and Old Gods Collector: Part 2.

When does the Yogg-Saron Signature offer end?

December 1 is the deadline for the Golden Reign of the Black Empire bundle chain. Blizzard hasn’t announced a later route for the Hearthstone Mastermind Yogg-Saron Signature Card once that offer closes.
