Start with the name of the missing item, then compare its dates and requirements below. A Survival win can’t replace an earlier login reward, and photographing ghosts doesn’t count towards the five Weekly Challenges. Following the wrong reward route can waste an evening on a job you didn’t need to replay.

GTA Online Halloween rewards missing: Slasher Clown Outfit
The final Weekly Challenge requires ten completed Survival waves without dying. Reaching wave ten isn’t enough if the run ends in failure, and dying then respawning doesn’t satisfy the requirement. Check the active challenge before you start and its completion status after the result screen.

If the Weekly Challenge shows complete but your outfit isn’t there, check the wardrobe’s outfit and clothing options. Rockstar names the Slasher Clown Outfit but doesn’t specify an exact subcategory in its announcement. Keep the successful job details rather than repeatedly attempting a challenge that has already registered.
GTA Online Halloween rewards missing: Brown Vintage Skull Mask and Chute Bag
The Brown Vintage Skull Mask and Halloween Chute Bag are earned by playing from October 29 to November 4. Check your mask choices and parachute customisation after a qualifying login. You don’t need to win a mode, collect pumpkins or finish ten waves for these two gifts.
The White & Red Tech Demon Mask came from playing during October 22-28 instead. That period has ended, and the Green Vintage Skull Mask, Pink Skull Emissive Mask and Orange Glow Skeleton Onesie have other historical requirements. Logging in during Week 5 isn’t a substitute for those expired windows.

The GTA$2,000,000 bonus isn’t paid for the final Survival on its own. You need all five different challenges completed in their original weekly windows. The individual cash rewards total GTA$700,000; the extra two million makes GTA$2.7 million for players who qualified for everything.
If all five have registered, record the time you finished the last challenge and allow the full 72 hours. The Halloween Weekly Challenges tracker lists each task and date. An outfit appearing in your wardrobe doesn’t mean the separate two-million cash payment has arrived.
Gray Space Interloper and Short Trips: older Week 4 rewards
The Gray Space Interloper Outfit and GTA$150,000 required a full Survival clear between October 22 and 28. That older challenge didn’t specify no deaths. The October 22-28 Short Trips GTA$500,000 promotion was also separate, requiring Seed Capital, Fire It Up and OG Kush. If that older cash payment is your concern, check whether you completed all three missions during the promotion. Our Short Trips guide covers them. GTA Online Halloween rewards missing: ghosts and pumpkins
The Ghosts Exposed Jacket requires photographs of all ten ghosts, each sent to Ghosts Exposed. Simply keeping a picture in the phone gallery isn’t enough. See our ghost locations and times for alternate appearances and the final Devin Weston photograph.
Pumpkins have their own daily targets: collecting ten can unlock the Horror Pumpkin Mask, while all 200 in the daily cycle unlock the Pumpkin Tee. Check our 200-pumpkin checklist if your count is incomplete. These collectible routes don’t count towards the final no-death Survival task.
