GTA Online Community Missions are back for October 22–28, 2026, with eight Halloween-themed jobs paying 3X GTA$ and RP. The Community Mission Series is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC Enhanced, and includes Alien Retribution, House Hunting, The Chiliad Anomaly and five other featured submissions.
These aren’t the same as the month’s Halloween Survivals or the Slasher Featured Series. You’ll find them in the Community Series section of GTA Online’s Jobs menu or at the Community Series marker in Legion Square. Here’s the complete rotation, which versions of the game can play, and how the bonus works.

The eight GTA Online Community Missions are independent jobs, not stages of a single eight-part mission. You can choose the activity available in the playlist without having completed all the others first. Rockstar hasn’t announced an additional all-eight reward; the advertised incentive is triple cash and reputation for the featured activities.
How to start GTA Online Community Missions
Pause the game, open Online → Jobs → Play Job → Community Series and select the Community Mission Series. You can also head to the Community Series marker in Legion Square and start from there. Check the selected job’s title before confirming, because other community-created missions and races may be listed nearby.
For GTA Online Community Missions, read each job briefing and lobby requirements rather than assuming the objectives will be identical. Mission Creator experiences can have different teams, player counts and equipment rules. Wait until the job ends and shows the results screen so its GTA$ and RP reward is properly recorded.
Why the GTA Online Community Missions menu is missing
This week’s Community Mission Series is listed for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC Enhanced. The same featured rotation is not advertised for PS4, Xbox One or PC Legacy. On PC, make sure you launched Enhanced rather than the separate Legacy client before assuming your game is bugged.
If you have an eligible version, look under Community Series rather than Rockstar Created Survivals or ordinary Rockstar Missions. The map marker in Legion Square is a second way in. A bookmarked player job is not automatically one of the eight currently paying 3X, even if it has the same Halloween theme.
House Hunting and The Chiliad Anomaly explained
Two of the featured GTA Online Community Missions, House Hunting and The Chiliad Anomaly, are credited to GTA Series Videos. Alien Retribution comes from ShelbyGR, while the other titles span beast, extraction, Sasquatch and outbreak themes from additional creators.
Open each job’s briefing before starting: the eight missions have different player counts and objectives. If you’re playing with friends, check the lobby requirements so nobody is locked out when you launch.
How the 3X GTA$ and RP bonus works
The October 22–28 GTA Online Community Missions rotation awards triple the standard GTA$ and RP for the featured jobs. That doesn’t translate into a single fixed GTA$ amount per mission. Earnings can differ between activities and performances, so compare end-of-job results rather than assuming all eight produce identical cash.
If you’re choosing where to spend your time, try several jobs and note how long each takes and what it actually pays. A repeatable mission your group finishes reliably can be more productive than a longer job with a higher-looking maximum. Compare the payout on the results screen with the time your team spent completing the job; the advertised 3X bonus doesn’t make every mission equally profitable.
Do Community Missions count for the Survival Weekly Challenge?
Not automatically. The October 22 Weekly Challenge requires you to complete all waves of a Survival for GTA$150,000 and the Gray Space Interloper Outfit. The Community Mission Series is its own rotation, and a creature-themed job doesn’t necessarily count as a Rockstar Survival.
