Tower of Fantasy: Cobalt-B is out in Special Order

The new Special Order is out and Cobalt-B is taking the spotlight through the Burning Reaction event. The event will last until October 26, 2022.
The SSR Simulacrum is up for grabs as long as you have the right amount of red nuclei or dark crystals. There are some details of the Simulacrum that you need to know. There is also a new Simulacrum story that came with the new character. It’s a fairly linear story that will require you to jump around the overworld to Hykros.
Before jumping the gun and spending the dark crystals to get Cobalt-B, there are details that a Wanderer needs to know about the Burning Reaction event.

Cobalt-B and the Flaming Revolver
The new SSR Simulacrum also comes with a new weapon, the Flaming Revolver. The weapon is imbued with Flame Resonance. This is the fourth SSR with Flame Resonance. Here are the details of the attacks of the new SSR weapon:
Normal attacks: On the ground, use the normal attack button to launch 5 attacks in a row.
- The first attack deals 52.3% of ATK + 3 damage.
- The second attack deals 75.6% of ATK + 4 damage.
- The third attack deals 94.5% x ATK + 5 damage.
- The fourth attack deals 142.8% of ATK + 8 damage.
- The fifth attack deals 137.8% of ATK + 7 damage.
Charged Shot: Holding the normal attack button causes the weapon to do a charged shot and release a barrage of fire rounds. It deals 95.4% of ATK + 5 damage plus an explosion 3 seconds later (if the target dies), dealing 23.9% of ATK as damage to nearby enemies. Each time the target is dealt damage before the explosion (up to 4 times), AOE is doubled and damage is increased.

Jumping Blast: An aerial attack done after jumping once. The Wanderer throws a bomb that deals damage equal to 90.8% of ATK + 5 to enemies. It also knocks the enemies down a certain distance. This attack consumes 250 endurance.
Aerial Discharge: The Wanderer fires an Omnium beam downward after doing a double jump and attempting an aerial attack. The beam damages enemies in a linear pattern dealing damage equal to 33.8% of ATK + 2.
The Flaming Revolver’s Barrage skills have a certain similarity to that of a shotgun. It has a medium range of attacks and will require the player to be at a close range to do full damage to enemies. It is best used as an offensive weapon for multiple enemies as the shots are often scattered and not meant for a single opponent.

Cobalt-B description error notice
According to a recent post from the official Tower of Fantasy website, “There are errors in the English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, and Indonesian translations of the 1-star Flaming Revolver weapon updated on October 6. We are in the process of fixing it and there will be compensation after the repair.“
• Compensation Eligibility: Before the problem was fixed, players with Cobalt-B and once set the game language to English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, and Indonesian
• Compensation: 500 Dark Crystal
• Compensation time: The compensation will be sent to your mailbox within 72 hours after the problem is fixed.
There has not been any official statement if the errors associated with the release of Cobalt-B are all fixed. However, the developers are urging the players to report the issue by going to “Settings – Customer Service” in the game if there are additional questions regarding the issue or compensation.

Cobalt-B Skillful Intuition event
The new SSR Simulacrum also opened the Skillful Intuition event in the Special Orders section of the Main Menu. It gives the players the possibility of getting four matrices. Here are the details of the matrices based on the official Tower of Fantasy website:
- 2-piece set: Increase damage against debuffed targets by 14%/16%/18%/20%.
- 4-piece set: Restore 1 dodge attempt every 3 dodges. Dodge skills inflict burn upon hit, dealing damage equal to 24%/30%/36%/42% of ATK every 0.5 seconds for 4 seconds.
