Larvitar is a returning Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet/Violet, first introduced in the generation 2 games Pokemon Gold/Silver.

  • Type: Rock/Ground
  • Resistances: Normal, Fire, Electric, Poison, Fly, Rock
  • Weaknesses: Water, Grass, Ice, Fighting, Ground, Steel
  • Scarlet Entry: Born deep underground, this Pokémon becomes a pupa after eating enough dirt to make a mountain.

Larvitar evolves into Pupitar at level 30, followed by Tyranitar at level 55.
