With Splitgates comparisons to Halo, of course, it has a number of multikill medals, but what’s the highest multikill you can get in Splitgate?
What is the highest multikill in Splitgate?
Multikills in Splitgate range from the fairly common double kills to the much rarer Killsanity – awarded for killing 6 opponents in rapid succession.
If you get more kills after the Killsanity, regardless of the delay between them, any further multikill medals awarded will be right back at the start with the basic and far more common double kills medals.

It’s worth noting that the Career page in-game on Splitgate actually doesn’t even track your Killsanity history unlike the other multikill medals, which is perhaps a sign that the developers thought they’d be too rare to bother including them instead of the likes of Teabags or Suicides, both of which are tracked there.
Personally, I think I’d prefer to see Killsanitys tracked as well, but it’s not really that big a deal. Expanding the tracked stats section to include some of the rarer medals in general would be welcome, though.
What are all the multikill medal names?
The multikill medals in Splitgate, in order, are:
- Double Kill
- Triple Kill
- Killeidoscope
- Killiteration
- Killsanity
These are for two, three, four, five and six kills respectively – just remember that these kills have to be in rapid order to count for these medals, and a significant enough delay will actually reset the medals back to the start, requiring two kills again just to get the Double Kill medal and possibly start another multikill streak.
