We know there’s been talk of Formula 1 and Rocket League for a few weeks now, but today is the day we can finally say: “Yep. Formula 1 cars are in Rocket League now.” Here’s everything we know about them.

Yep, that sums it up really. It’s in-game now. But… What does that entail? That’s a much better question and we have everything you need to know about what’s been added to Rocket League’s in-game store.

For starters, you can grab a Formula 1 Player Banner for free in the Item Shop until May 26th! This is due to return though alongside major Formula 1 events, so don’t worry if you miss out.

It’s worth noting that you can’t equip the Formula 1 car with any other customisable content and all the content above is only available to be used with the Formula 1 car. (We found the small print here.)

Sadly, this is how Rocket League crossovers work. Still, this isn’t the worst Rocket League crossover we’ve ever seen and it’ll be interesting to see what Epic Games and Psyonix can drum up next!
