Sumeru World Bosses leak for upcoming version 3.0 of Genshin Impact

While patch 2.8 has only just landed, the leaks for patch 3.0 of Genshin Impact has now begun, featuring the first Sumeru World bosses leak.

While it’s not entirely clear what one of the bosses is at first glance, the presence of the Electro Regisvine helps to clarify things a bit. We’ve previously discussed another Sumeru World Bosses leak that actually revealed the names of two upcoming world bosses previously. One of those was the Electro Regisvine. The other, therefore, seems likely to be the ‘Jade-Plumed Terrorshroom’ we mentioned previously.

It is worth noting that that name was a translation at the time, and without an official name to give it yet, we’re not quite sure what exactly that half of this Sumeru World Bosses leak is called right now. The file name simply referred to it as ‘MushroomBoss’, which may refer to the previous translated name, or may be based on it’s actual name in game.

With that said, it’s nice to get a first look at some upcoming world bosses like this, particularly a full patch ahead of time given patch 2.8 of Genshin Impact, Summer Fantasia has only just launched in the last 24 hours, from the time of me writing this anyway.

We now have some rough guesses at names – although Electro Regisvine seems quite likely to be the case for the second image shown, as Regisvines are a long-running boss series and are due an Electro entry – and a first look at these upcoming Sumeru World bosses thanks to this leak.

We don’t quite know what to expect from fighting them quite yet though. We’ll likely have to wait for more beta leaks or the 2.8 special programme to find out more on that front.
