If you’ve had the daily commission O archon, hear me in Genshin Impact, you might be wondering if there’s a right choice – and there is.
O Archon, hear me! does actually have a solution
This particular commission is Inazuma based, so don’t expect to be running into it before you enter the lands of the Electro Archon for a start.
When you start the commission, Shouta will enquire about lacquerware with an NPC and ask for your help to speak with them, but the NPC will ultimately direct the two of you back to the shrine where it began, with a hint as to the correct choice.
She states that rather than using lacquerware, you’d be better off offering something you personally like as a way of showing your devotion, which is indicated quite well through dialogue.
One of the options is mentioned as Tricolor Dango, which Shouta states that he loves very much.
Another idea offered is the fresh-packed petals, but this is Shouta falling into the same trap as when he was considering lacquerware – trying to offer something appropriate rather than something personal.
The correct choice offered here is the Tricolor Dango – though whether it is correct as it is the personally relevant item, or simply because the Raiden Shogun is known to have a weakness to sweets and desserts isn’t established within this particular quest.
Making this choice during the commission “O Archon hear me” will do two separate things. Firstly, an investigation spot will appear on the shrine where you make the offering when the game server adjusts to the next real-time day – in other words, check back whenever you get new commissions in the same spot to find something. Secondly, the next commission in this particular chain will open up – known as “O Shrine, show your power once again” – allowing you to continue on with the story.
