Where to get Tulaytullah’s Remembrance
Tulaytullah’s Remembrance can only be obtained via Wish, specifically by pulling from the Epitome Invocation Weapon Event Wish Banner. It is featured in the weapon banner from 7 December 2022 to 27 December 2022. After this banner, there is no other way of obtaining the weapon unless it gets featured again.

This catalyst’s passive skill is called Bygone Azure Teardrop:
Normal Attack SPD is increased by 10%. After the wielder unleashes an Elemental Skill, Normal Attack DMG will increase by 4.8% every second for 14s. After this character hits an opponent with a Normal Attack during this duration, Normal Attack DMG will be increased by 9.6%. This increase can be triggered once every 0.3s. The maximum Normal Attack DMG increase per single duration of the overall effect is 48%. The effect will be removed when the wielder leaves the field, and using the Elemental Skill again will reset all DMG buffs.

Recommended Characters
With a high base ATK and CRIT DMG bonus, Tulaytullah’s Remembrance is generally a good weapon for any DPS catalyst user. However, if you’re equipping this weapon, you must remember to use Normal Attacks, as this weapon’s passive skill focuses on such attacks.
DPS catalyst users who can pull off a Normal Attack-focused playstyle are the 4-star Anemo character Shikanoin Heizou and the 5-star Anemo character Wanderer. Well, Tulaytullah’s Remembrance is the Wanderer’s signature weapon, after all, and can easily be considered his BiS (best-in-slot).
This catalyst can also work for other DPS characters, including the 4-star Geo character Ningguang and the 4-star Pyro character Yanfei. While both characters need to use their Charged Attacks for optimal damage, they must also unleash some Normal Attacks. For Ningguang, Normal Attacks grant her Star Jades. On the other hand, Yanfei’s Normal Attacks give her Scarlet Seals.
