Noblesse Oblige, sometimes referred to as “NO” for short, is an artifact set in Genshin Impact. If you’re relatively new to the game and are trying to build your characters, you must have heard about this set.

This set includes the Royal Flora, Royal Plume, Royal Pocket Watch, Royal Silver Urn, and Royal Masque. It is one of the most versatile artifact sets in the game and, therefore, one of the most popular. But what does it do, and who can you use it for? Read on to learn more.

What does Noblesse Oblige do?

When equipped, below are the bonuses that you can get from this artifact:

2-Piece BonusElemental Burst DMG +20%
4-Piece BonusUsing an Elemental Burst increases all party members’ ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.

With a 4-piece set, Noblesse Oblige is excellent for increasing the damage potential of the entire party, especially your ATK-scaling DPS characters. Therefore, a 4-piece NO set is great for units playing a supportive role.

With its Elemental Burst DMG bonus at 2-piece, you can use Noblesse Oblige for Burst DPS characters, meaning those who rely on their Burst to deal substantial damage. You can use the 4-piece set for Burst DPS characters to fill the role of Burst DPS/support. However, if you only want the 2-piece bonus from this set, you can choose to have another 2-piece set that would benefit such a character.

As mentioned earlier, Noblesse Oblige is quite versatile. Both support and DPS characters can use it without the restriction of specific elemental types.
