Eula, Genshin Impact’s upcoming 5-star character, became, ever since her kit and visual were first leaked a few months back, one of the game’s most popular characters, winning the hearts of fans all around the world.

And to get you ready for when the Spindrift Knight finally arrives at the game, here are 5 things you may not know about Eula!

The Origin of the name ”Spindrift Knight”

According to her full bio leaked on Honey impact, Eula received the name ”Spindrift Knight” for her characteristic bone whistle, which when used generates a sound similar to the waves. The tool is specifically useful in the areas where her company works, which borders the sea.

By using her whistle to distract enemies and create the element of surprise in encounters, she earned the title ”Spindrift Knight”, since the sound of the always free waves that always accompany her on the battlefield.

Her Bladework is an Art-Form

According to her full bio present on Honey impact, Eula, as a descendant of the Lawrence Clan, and the most talented member in the clan’s history, Eula was, since a young age, taught to excel in many things, but one of her favorite pastimes, which she practiced among the many lessons she was forced to endure, was the solo dance know as ”Flickering Candlelight”, featured in her Character Demo.

Even if, the dance, which in the past was part of the ”Ritual of Sacrifice”, is today nothing more than an artistic pastime, even among the Lawrence clan. Many of the moves featured in it can be seen in Eula’s bladework, as she brands her lethal Claymore with grace on the battlefield.

Also according to her leaked bio, Eula is considered to be one of the best sword-fighters in the Knights of Favonius, whit Grand Master Varka even declaring that she is is the Dandelion Knight’s (Jean) equal on the battlefield.

Actually, Eula can be seen visiting the Knights Headquarters branding her Claymore sometimes, to the despair of the other knights, going straight to Jean’s office. where, according to Kaeya, they spar together, during tea time.

As fans got to see in her Character Demo ”Flickering Candlelight”, Eula and Amber are great friends, having met each other even before the now, Captain of the Knights of Favonius Reconnaissance Company, joined the Knights. According to Honey impact, Amber is also one of her biggest supporters.

In the end, it was Amber’s blazing heart that managed to melt the ice wall Eula rose around her own, and their friendship has only grown since then.

How Eula Got Her Vision

According to Honey Impact, Eula is the most talented member to be born in the Lawrence clan, being the current owner of the ”Glacial Seal”, the crest of the clan, and its highest symbol of strength.

But even so, Eula doesn’t want ties with her familiars, their hate, and their goal to once more take control of the City of Freedom, all of which tormented her whole life. She wants to live her life, and protect those important to her, for that reason she joined the Knights of Favonius.
