Genshin Impact 1.6: New map leaked

A new leak regarding Genshin Impact’s upcoming version 1.6 surfaced, this time revealing new images of the game’s upcoming map.

The new region will be fully explorable and will have players make use of the new boating system, which will have them board the Mystical Skiff to travel the seas and explore the islands.

According to previously revealed leaks, to reach the new region, players will count on the help of Beidou and her fleet. Its during the travel that players will become acquainted with Kazuha, the game’s upcoming 5-star Anemo Sword user, and a ronin from Inazuma who is currently part of the Crux fleet.

Genshin Impact’s version 1.5 “Beneath the Light of Jadeite” is already here, allowing players to roll for both 5-star Zhongli and 4-star Yanfei, to experience the new housing system, and much more. New 5-star Eula will be released at a later date, together with her own character quest.

The game is currently available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, mobile devices – Android, iOS – and PC, via miHoYo’s official launcher. A version of the game for the Nintendo Switch is reportedly in development.

The new version is expected to be released in early June, featuring banners starring both the new 5-star Kazuha and a Klee rerun.
