Genshin Impact: Fabulous Fungus Frenzy Bongo Head puzzle guide

If you’ve already started the Fabulous Fungus Frenzy event in Genshin Impact, you might have reached the Floral Jelly feeding Bongo Head puzzle.
The Fabulous Fungus Frenzy event has only just launched recently in Genshin Impact and should last until around the end of November, so you have plenty of time to figure out the Bongo Head puzzle used to feed it Floral Jelly.
With that said, if you want those Primogems right away, here’s exactly how to solve the puzzle in just 4 steps, fulfilling the event bonus objective to awaken a floating hydro fungus’ potential within 7 moves.
Feeding Floral Jelly to Bongo Head puzzle
To start the Fabulous Fungus Frenzy events Floral Jelly feeding puzzles, you’ll need to visit Balfour in Port Ormos. You will be directed to him during the ‘Awaken the Fungi’s potential’ quest step, so there’s no need to seek him out before that point, you’ll simply arrive at him naturally during a specific point in the event quest.
When you do reach him, select the ‘We want to train Fungi’ dialogue option to reach the puzzle selection screen. The Bongo head puzzle is the first of the puzzles here and must be completed to unlock any of the others. Luckily, there is a very simple solution from the starting Bongo head Puzzle board provided.
Notice the grid of colored dots on the left side of the screen. These indicate the positions you need the Jellies to be in to complete the Bongo Head puzzle.
To start with, select the rotate tool option on the right side of the screen, and rotate the bottom right side 4 Jellies. The arrows indicating what will happen will change depending on where you hover your mouse, so make sure they match up correctly with our example.

After the rotation, swap the Yellow and Red Jelly on the right side column to correct their positions for your second move. Following that, swap the left side column lower orange Jelly with the middle red one to fix those ones as well.
Finally, re-select the rotate tool, and move the Jellies in the top left corner around. Doing so will instantly end the Bongo Head puzzle on your fourth move. Once again, make sure your rotation matches up with our example here.
If you make a mistake at any stage during the puzzle, you can press the undo button on demand to fix it and try again. There don’t seem to be any consequences for doing so.
Make sure to claim your rewards for completing the Floating Hydro Fungus’ potential puzzle and the bonus for doing so within 7 moves if you followed our guide to the letter. Any amount of moves as long as it doesn’t exceed 7 will qualify for this bonus, so our 4 step solution will get you it.
