Genshin Impact: ‘Ancient Azure Stars’ Astral Puzzle 2 Guide

Mona‘s mirage in the Ancient Azure Stars quest is filled with beautiful stars and constellations. However, with how the quest is going, gazing at the stars in wonder doesn’t only mean being in awe but also being confused. Just how do we solve the many puzzles in this domain in the Golden Apple Archipelago?

One of these confusing puzzles is the Astral Puzzle 2. With Astral Puzzle 1, there was a guide in-game that we could follow. But this new puzzle doesn’t appear to have one… Or does it?

If you’re wondering how you can solve this, you’ve come to the right place. In this guide, we have outlined the constellation you need to form to solve Astral Puzzle 2.

How to solve Astral Puzzle 2 in ‘Ancient Azure Stars’

This one is trickier than Astral Puzzle 1 because the ceiling in this room covers the night sky. However, if you touch the star on the left side of the room (shown in the image below), you can watch it float into the ceiling’s crack and show you the constellation you need to re-create using the Star Guide.

To save your time solving the puzzle, we have prepared an image with the pattern you need to re-create below.

To achieve this, you have to attack the Star Guides to shoot rays of starlight which you can use to connect and form a constellation. To reposition the Star Guides and connect the rays, you simply need to “rotate” the Star Guides by interacting with them. You can attack the Star Guides ahead of time to see how you’re progressing or attack them later when you have already positioned them all. Either way, you will still be able to solve the puzzle.

After you successfully solve Astral Puzzle 2, an Exquisite Chest will appear. You can open it to get another Asterism Shard and spawn another star that will lead you to the next part of the quest.
