Wu-Tang Clan skins coming to Fortnite

Collaborations and Fortnite really do go hand in hand these days, with the game serving as a form of advertisement for some of the top media franchises and entities in the world.

In the past, we’ve seen music artists such as Drake, Marshmello, Travis Scott, and Ariana Grande collaborate with Fortnite, and now it is time for the legendary Wu-Tang Clan to finally come to the battle royale game.

In a blog post, Epic Games announced that Wu-Tang Clan will be coming to Fortnite, but it will be characters wearing their merchandise rather than members of the group being featured in the game.

Launching on April 23, the Wu Wear cosmetics will include two outfits and matching accessories for each.

The first will be a Throwback BG Outfit, which is a male skin, and the B.R.I.T.E Outfit, which is female and uses the Brite Bomber character.

Matching the Throwback BG Outfit are the WUWEAR Worldwide Back Bling (included with the Outfit) and the Neck Protector Pickaxe. The Back Bling is reactive to music, and the Pickaxe is reactive to hits. Both come with the Ruckus Red alt Style.

Matching the B.R.I.T.E. Outfit are the Wu-Tang Represent Back Bling (included with the Outfit) and the Triumphant Tagger Pickaxe. The Back Bling is reactive to music, and the Pickaxe creates a trail of paint when you swing it. Both come with the Ruckus Red alt Style.

Also included in the collection is the Shimmy Surfer Glider, Wu Wrap, Wu-Tang is Forever Emote, Wu-Tang Hands Emoticon, Wu-Tang Style Loading Screen, Wu Boom Box Spray and a Wu-Tang Clan Banner.
