Luke Skywalker could be coming to Fortnite

Fortnite and Disney have had a long-standing relationship, with Epic Games adding many Marvel characters to the game including an entirely Marvel-themed season with Chapter 2 Season 4 and most recently a new Spiderman Zero skin.
This relationship has also carried over to Star Wars and in the past, we’ve seen many characters come to the game.
As Chapter 3 Season 3 launched on June 5, 2022, Star Wars fanatics were greeted with the ultimate Dark Lord of the Sith being available to all players who purchased the battle pass. The one and only, Darth Vader, had entered the game.
A Family Affair
As Disney continues to make its mark on the game new leaks have revealed that Fortnite is preparing to add one of the OG characters from the franchise, Luke Skywalker.

The original Star Wars trilogy that was released between 1977 and 1983 centered around Luke Skywalker as he trained to become a Jedi to take down the evil Empire, including his own father Darth Vader.
Luke Skywalker also returned as part of the sequel trilogy and finally concluded the Skywalker arc following his death at the hands of Kylo Ren.
Disney has just finished wrapping up the first season of Kenobi, which sees Obi-Wan Kenobi watch over a young Luke Skywalker nine years before the events of A New Hope. This also marks the first time that fans have seen Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen on-screen for the first time since Revenge of the Sith.
Luke Skywalker will join the many Star Wars characters that have come to Fortnite in the past. Darth Vader is currently the level 100 cosmetic in the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 Battle Pass. Obi-Wan recently came to the game to celebrate the release of Kenobi. And in the past, we’ve seen the likes of Boba Fett, The Mandalorian, Rey, Kylo Ren, Finn, and Stormtroopers come to Fortnite.

It is not yet known when, or how, Luke Skywalker will join the Island, and it is worth noting Epic is yet to confirm any of the information uncovered by data miners.
Darth Vader is currently available as an NPC after the release of the latest Update 21.10, and once defeated, the Dark Lord will drop his Lightsabre, which not only enables players to block incoming bullets from enemy players but the Lightsabre can then also be launched, like a boomerang, to damage enemies.
Darth Vader is currently available in the following locations:
- Up the mountain to the North West of Logjam Lotus
- Up the mountain to the North East of Logjam Lotus
- Near the road South of Coney Crossroads
- On the beach, North East of The Joneses
- In the Forest, South of Greasy Grove

The E-11 Blasters have also returned to the game, and can be found in Imperials Chests at Vader Landing Sites and by eliminating the Stormtroopers.
