Fortnite receives new Cobra Kai skins and Emotes

Continuing on their journey of obtaining every possible trademark on the world, Fortnite just announced their new skins and emotes based on the popular Netflix series, Cobra Kai, coinciding with the release of its 4th season.

The new collab was announced through Epic Games’ official site. It includes exclusive items such as 10 different outfits, each one with variants for 3 of the dojos depicted in the series. And if you’re curious, the iconic Crane Kick Emote is also here!

New Cobra Kai set on Fortnite

The dogi outfits are immediately available for obtaining through the Item Store, and can be bought individually or through the Karate KO or Dojo Showdown bundles. You can choose which dojo you’ll represent through your brawls.

The famous Crane Kick from the original Karate Kid movies is also here, and you can see down here how it looks on Epic’s most popular game.

Among other accessories, there’s also the Teachings of Miyagi back bling and the Cobra Coin back bling, which will let you promote your dojo of choice by simply running through the fields. If that’s not enough, you can also use the Dojo Logo or the Cobra’s Curse pickaxes.

Both of the outfit bundles are available for 2000 V-Bucks, while the Emote +  Accessories bundle costs 1,500 V-Bucks. You can also obtain any of the items individually, with prices ranging from 200 to 800 V-Bucks.

Cobra Kai is a direct sequel to the Karate Kid movies, and follows the story of the original rival from the first movie, Johnny Lawrence, as he tries to redeem himself from his past by reopening the Cobra Kai karate dojo.

The series was initially produced and released through Youtube Red, but it was acquired by Netflix after its 2nd season. The 3rd season premiered in 2021 in its new home, and the 4th season just became available today, alongside the new Cobra Kai Fornite emotes.
