CD Projekt Red have recently released the 1.11 Hotfix for Cyberpunk 2077. This smaller update comes nestled in-between the previously-announced major patches 1.1 and 1.2. It aims to restore item randomisation and make sure everything that was implemented in Patch 1.1 was done-so correctly.

Below, CDPR tweeted the following announcement from the Cyberpunk 2077 Official Account and succinctly summed up the minor changes made with the 1.11 hotfix.

Cyberpunk 2077 Hotfix 1.11 Details

  • Item Randomisation has been restored to the previous state;
    This is due to an error in Patch 1.1.

  • A bug in Down on the Street quest has been fixed.
    This often occurs during the holocall with Takemura, when using a save made on Version 1.06 with Down on the Street quest in progress at “Wait for Takemura’s Call” objective.

With all this in mind, we would expect another couple smaller hotfix updates to drop in the run-up to February’s 1.2 Patch.

CDPR has also made it clear that the save/load exploit will be investigated further. However, this issue might not be solved until aforementioned the 1.2 Patch.

So far, it appears that CD Projekt Red are keeping to their self-appointed timeline. We might not have any news regarding any additional content yet, but Cyberpunk is big-enough that it should still be able to keep people occupied while the team work on stability and bugfixes.

Are you happy with all the progress being made by CDPR in improving Cyberpunk 2077?
