Fortnite Honey Sprite Variants: All 6 Forms, Pictures and How to Get Them

Honey Sprite

Honey Sprite variants arrived in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 on October 15, bringing six versions of the bee-themed character into the collection. There’s the regular Honey Sprite, followed by Gold, Cheat Master, Loot Hacker, Bounty Hunter and Trick or Treat Honey. If you’re trying to work out which one you’ve found, the pictures below put all six designs together.

Honey is also worth carrying into a match. It gives your ranged hits a chance to unleash bees where the shot lands, so it can add extra pressure while you’re already fighting. The variant pictures are here to help you recognise the right collectible; our Honey Sprite gameplay guide explains how the ability works. You can also tick off each Honey design in our Sprite Tracker as you collect it.

How to get Honey Sprite variants in Fortnite

Honey joined the active Sprite pool with the October 15 v42.40 update. During Fortnitemares, Pumpkin Chests are a good place to start looking because they can contain Sprites from the seasonal pool. A particular chest isn’t guaranteed to produce Honey, though. You may find a different Sprite and need to continue searching.

If you’re after Gold Honey, check the current Gold Sprite availability; for Trick or Treat Honey, look at Fortnitemares rewards and seasonal sources. Those variants can have different routes, even though both feature Honey. Our Trick or Treat Sprite guide covers the Halloween group.

Does every Honey Sprite have the bee ability?

Honey’s standard ability triggers from successful ranged weapon damage, with a chance of spawning bees at the point of impact. You don’t need to wait for an opponent to damage you first. There is no extra button to press when the swarm appears; it happens as part of the ability while you’re carrying Honey.

All six Honey Sprite variants use Honey’s bee ability. Gold Honey and Bounty Hunter Honey may look different, but both can summon bees after a ranged hit. Collect them separately in your Locker.

Which Honey Sprite variants am I missing?

Start by checking your in-game Sprite Locker. If you own Honey but not Gold Honey, that’s one missing design, not a second copy of the same card. Work through all six names against the gallery and compare the pictures closely. Don’t assume the original Honey counts as the others.

You can keep that list without writing it down. The Fortnite Sprite Tracker saves your selections in your browser, so you can come back after your next match and pick up where you left off. If you prefer looking at everything together, the full 162-Sprite picture list has the Honey designs alongside the other collections.

Are Honey Sprite variants always available?

Not necessarily. A Sprite can exist in the collection without being equally easy to find in every match. The release of Honey with v42.40 and the Fortnitemares events are useful reference points, but the active loot pool and bonuses determine where it’s worth looking now.

Keep these pictures handy if one Honey variant hasn’t appeared for you yet. The designs don’t change when Fortnite rotates its available event rewards.
