The Fortnite Gold Jonesy Sprite is now available in Chapter 7 Season 4, and unlike most Gold Sprites, you do not need to rely on a lucky drop to get it. Epic’s August 24 Cheat Code Day has activated the JONESYISGOLDEN Lobby Hack, which unlocks the Gold Jonesy Sprite directly from the Fortnite lobby.
How to get the Fortnite Gold Jonesy Sprite
To get the Fortnite Gold Jonesy Sprite, enter the code JONESYISGOLDEN into the Admin Panel from the Battle Royale lobby.
The code became active on August 24 as part of Fortnite’s planned Cheat Code Day. Once entered successfully, the Gold Jonesy Sprite is added to your Sprite collection without requiring you to find it from a Cheat Code chest during a match.
This makes Gold Jonesy one of the easiest Gold variants to secure during Override. Most Gold Sprites depend heavily on RNG, but this particular version has a direct unlock method available through the lobby.
What is the JONESYISGOLDEN code?
The JONESYISGOLDEN code is a Fortnite Lobby Hack that rewards the Gold Jonesy Sprite.
Enter:
JONESYISGOLDEN
The Admin Panel is found in the Battle Royale lobby rather than inside a match. Open the panel, type the code exactly and submit it to claim the reward. Current code listings confirm that the reward unlocked on August 24.
If you tried the code before August 24 and nothing happened, that was because the reward had not yet been activated.
Where is the Fortnite Admin Panel?
The Admin Panel appears from the Fortnite Battle Royale lobby during Chapter 7 Season 4.
You do not need to land anywhere on the map or interact with one of the Cheat Code panels found during a Battle Royale match. Lobby Hacks and in-match Cheat Codes are two separate systems.
For the Fortnite Gold Jonesy Sprite, everything is completed before you queue into a game. Open the Admin Panel from the lobby, enter JONESYISGOLDEN and submit the code.
Once the reward has been granted, Gold Jonesy should appear with the rest of your collected Sprites.
Do you need the normal Jonesy Sprite first?
The JONESYISGOLDEN Lobby Hack provides a direct route to the Fortnite Gold Jonesy Sprite, rather than requiring you to evolve or upgrade the standard Jonesy Sprite first.
That is useful because Gold variants are normally among the harder versions to add to a Sprite collection.
Jonesy also has a Cheat Master variant available through another Lobby Hack. Entering Play4All unlocks Cheat Master Jonesy, which means two of Jonesy’s special Override variants can currently be obtained directly through codes instead of relying entirely on random Sprite drops.
Is the Gold Jonesy Sprite rare?
Gold Sprites are designed to be much harder to obtain than their normal counterparts, and players are already actively trading Gold variants during Chapter 7 Season 4. Gold Jonesy would normally fit into that rare category, but the August 24 Lobby Hack changes things significantly.
Anyone who knows the JONESYISGOLDEN code can currently unlock the Sprite directly, so Gold Jonesy is likely to become considerably more common than Gold variants that remain dependent on random drops.
That does not change its Gold status in the collection, but it does make obtaining it far easier.
What does the Jonesy Sprite do?
Jonesy is one of the returning character-based Sprites used throughout Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4.
Sprites can provide gameplay abilities while carried and can also be levelled and mastered as part of the wider Sprite collection system. Special variants such as Gold and Cheat Master versions give collectors additional forms to hunt beyond the standard Sprite.
The Gold Jonesy Sprite is primarily important as one of those special collectible variants. Its biggest advantage on August 24 is that Epic has effectively removed the normal hunt by providing a direct Lobby Hack.
Is Gold Jazz Jackrabbit also getting a Lobby Hack?
Another Gold Sprite appears to be connected to the same Cheat Code Day rollout.
Information surfaced ahead of August 24 indicating that both the Gold Jonesy Sprite and Gold Jazz Jackrabbit Sprite would receive Lobby Hack codes. Gold Jonesy’s code is now known as JONESYISGOLDEN, while the separate Gold Jazz Jackrabbit unlock is another addition to watch as Cheat Code Day develops.
The Jackrabbit Sprite itself is already one of the stronger mobility Sprites in Override, giving players a double jump while also preventing fall damage. Gold Jackrabbit is already obtainable through the normal Sprite system, but a Lobby Hack would provide a much easier route.
Is JONESYISGOLDEN working now?
Yes. JONESYISGOLDEN is listed as active from August 24, 2026, and players are already discussing and trading Gold Jonesy today, providing additional evidence that the variant is now live.
If the code does not immediately work, make sure it has been entered correctly and that you are using the Chapter 7 Season 4 Battle Royale lobby Admin Panel.
For most players, though, the process for getting the Fortnite Gold Jonesy Sprite is now extremely simple: open the Admin Panel, enter JONESYISGOLDEN, and add one of Override’s Gold variants straight to your collection.
