Fallout 76 Minerva Locations currently point to The Whitespring Resort during the 8–12 October 2026 Big Sale. Minerva is outside the resort’s main entrance with Inventory List 4, bringing back discounted plans from Lists 1, 2 and 3. Her September visit to Fort Atlas has finished.
The Whitespring visit is longer than a normal Minerva sale. If you’re travelling across Appalachia to spend Gold Bullion, here’s where to find her today, when she leaves, the next destinations and why List 4 is worth checking before buying plans elsewhere.
Fallout 76 Minerva Locations: Where Is Minerva Today?

Fast travel to The Whitespring Resort and approach the main entrance from outside. Minerva’s temporary merchant setup is positioned outside the resort, not among the vendors inside Whitespring Mall. Look for her travelling stall and assistant before heading indoors.
The current Fallout 76 Minerva Locations rotation began Thursday, 8 October and ends Monday, 12 October. Her inventory is List 4, the first October Big Sale. This is a scheduled appearance: changing servers won’t move the merchant to another settlement or extend the sale after it ends.
Fallout 76 Minerva Locations: October and November Schedule
Minerva rotates between Foundation, Crater, Fort Atlas and The Whitespring Resort. Three shorter visits are followed by a four-day Big Sale at The Whitespring. The upcoming 2026 rotation is:
| Sale dates (2026) | Where to find Minerva | Inventory |
|---|---|---|
| 8–12 October | The Whitespring Resort | List 4 Big Sale |
| 19–21 October | Foundation | List 5 |
| 26–28 October | Crater | List 6 |
| 2–4 November | Fort Atlas | List 7 |
| 12–16 November | The Whitespring Resort | List 8 Big Sale |
| 23–25 November | Foundation | List 9 |
After Fallout 76 Minerva Locations return to normal rotations, she’ll visit Foundation from October 19–21 for List 5, then Crater on October 26–28 for List 6. Her next Fort Atlas stop is November 2–4 for List 7, with another Whitespring Big Sale on November 12–16.
Those locations and dates are published by Nuka Knights’ rotating-vendor tracker. If an update changes the schedule, compare the in-game merchant location with the tracker before spending Caps on unnecessary fast travel.
Fallout 76 Minerva Locations: How to Find Each Merchant Location
The Whitespring Resort: Travel to The Whitespring and check outside the main resort entrance. You shouldn’t need to enter the interior shopping area. This is the correct stop for the current October 8–12 Big Sale.
Foundation: Minerva sets up near the exterior entrance to the Settlers’ settlement. Fast travel to Foundation and look at the main approach before continuing into the interior.
Crater: Find her temporary stand outside the Raider settlement entrance in the Toxic Valley. She isn’t a regular vendor inside the Crater Core.
Fort Atlas: Look outside the Brotherhood of Steel headquarters on the approach to the main building. September’s Fort Atlas sale was List 3, so don’t confuse that older visit with the current Whitespring Big Sale.
The four Fallout 76 Minerva Locations are fixed world-map destinations, but she only occupies one at a time. A missed visit means waiting for the next scheduled date, not searching the other three settlements until her camp appears.
Fallout 76 Minerva Locations: What’s in Big Sale List 4?
The current List 4 combines inventory from the previous three Minerva visits. That gives players another chance to buy Secret Service-related plans, selected T-65 mods, Gauss weapon equipment, CAMP rewards and other items they missed during September.
Individual prices vary widely. For a full, item-by-item breakdown, use our Fallout 76 Minerva Inventory guide. Keeping stock and prices there avoids conflicting tables across separate articles if an item or price is corrected.
If you’ve saved for Secret Service gear or T-65 power armour, inspect the exact plan name before paying. A modification plan doesn’t give you the base armour piece, and a learned plan won’t improve your character merely because it’s discounted.
Fallout 76 Minerva Locations: Gold Bullion Discounts Explained
Minerva accepts Gold Bullion, not Caps, and generally sells her rotating plans at 25% below their standard bullion prices. Her inventory doesn’t require the normal faction reputation level attached to some permanent faction vendors, making the right sale a useful shortcut.
Big Sale weeks repeat the preceding three lists rather than introducing a fourth independent stock selection. That’s why Fallout 76 Minerva Locations are especially useful to follow for build upgrades: the map location tells you where to visit, while the list number tells you what you can buy.
To earn more bullion, complete qualifying public events, collect Treasury Notes and exchange them at Gold Press Machines. The Gold Bullion farming guide and Treasury Notes guide cover the earning methods separately from Minerva’s sale schedule.
Why Can’t I Find Minerva at The Whitespring?
First check the location. Her stand is outside the main Whitespring Resort entrance, so searching shops inside the mall won’t help. Next, check the date. She is scheduled there until October 12 and doesn’t remain at the resort throughout October.
If the date is correct but she doesn’t appear, allow time for the scheduled vendor changeover and try another world. There is no verified universal fix for every missing-merchant report. It’s better to check the live sale dates than repeatedly hop between settlements.
Once the October 12 sale ends, the next scheduled Fallout 76 Minerva Locations visit is Foundation on October 19. You can use the waiting period to earn more Gold Bullion, check which plans you already know and decide what you want from List 5.
Related Guides
For this week’s Fallout 76 Minerva Locations, travel to The Whitespring Resort and look outside the entrance before Monday, October 12. List 4 repeats the previous three inventory lists, so there’s no need to pay a full-price bullion vendor for a plan Minerva currently has. The next scheduled sale is October 19–21 at Foundation.
