Fallout 76 Minerva Inventory: How Her Sale Lists Work

Fallout 76 Minerva Locations

Fallout 76 Minerva Inventory for 8–12 October 2026 contains 42 discounted plans at the Whitespring Resort Big Sale. Minerva is selling Inventory List 4, which combines the plans from her three previous rotations. This includes Secret Service gear, Strangler Heart armour, Chinese Stealth Armour, Gauss modifications, weapon plans and CAMP items.

There are some expensive purchases here, so it pays to know the actual Gold Bullion prices before travelling. We’ve grouped every plan into the original List 1, 2 and 3 sections, followed by the current location, best purchases and what happens when the sale ends.

Find Minerva outside the main entrance to The Whitespring Resort between Thursday, October 8 and Monday, October 12. Her next scheduled appearance is at Foundation from October 19 to 21, selling List 5. There’s no need to visit Fort Atlas for the current sale; her List 3 visit there ended in September.

The October Fallout 76 Minerva Inventory is unusually large because List 4 is a Big Sale containing the combined stock of Lists 1, 2 and 3. The following prices use the 2026 Nuka Knights merchant database and are expressed in Gold Bullion, never Caps.

Fallout 76 Minerva Inventory: All List 1 Plans and Prices

List 1 returns with 16 plans. Its most expensive unlocks include the War Glaive, Super Reactor and Sympto-Matic. The Secret Service chest and all four limb pieces also appear here.

Plan Gold Bullion
Cattle prod 188
Chemist’s backpack mod 263
Face Breaker 750
Farmable dirt tiles 375
Gauss minigun gunner sights 38
Gauss minigun Tesla capacitor 75
Gauss minigun Tesla dynamo 75
Secret Service chest piece 938
Secret Service helmet 1,238
Secret Service left arm 563
Secret Service left leg 563
Secret Service right arm 563
Secret Service right leg 563
Super reactor 1,500
Sympto-Matic 1,500
War glaive 2,000

For armour-focused players, the Secret Service chest piece costs 938 Gold Bullion, and the arms and legs cost 563 each. The 1,238-bullion helmet is optional headgear rather than the purchase that makes the body armour set functional. If you use CAMP production items more often, Farmable Dirt Tiles are 375, with the Super Reactor and Sympto-Matic priced at 1,500 apiece.

Fallout 76 Minerva Inventory: All List 2 Plans and Prices

Fourteen List 2 plans are back for the October Big Sale. They include the Strangler Heart pieces, a Gauss Pistol plan, two underarmour lining plans and backpack and cosmetic options.

Plan Gold Bullion
Dynamite 75
Gauss pistol 188
Floater gnasher grenade 113
Resistant lining Secret Service underarmor 75
Scavenged solar panel 1,500
Strangler heart chest piece 938
Strangler heart helmet 1,238
Strangler heart left arm 750
Strangler heart left leg 750
Strangler heart right arm 750
Strangler heart right leg 750
Treated lining Secret Service underarmor 38
Grocer’s backpack mod 263
Auto Grenade Launcher Blood Eagle Paint 263

The Strangler Heart chest is 938 Gold Bullion, its helmet is 1,238, and each limb costs 750. A full set requires the individual armour plans, not a single package purchase. The Grocer’s Backpack Mod costs 263 and may be worth considering if carry-weight management is more useful for your build than another weapon unlock.

Fallout 76 Minerva Inventory: All List 3 Plans and Prices

Twelve List 3 plans complete the current Fallout 76 Minerva Inventory. These appeared at Fort Atlas in late September and include Chinese Stealth Armour, the Secret Service Jet Pack, T-65 modifications and War Glaive upgrades.

Plan Gold Bullion
Chinese stealth armor 3,000
Chinese stealth helmet 1,238
Gauntlet 188
Secret Service jet pack armor 1,500
Secret Service pocketed armor limb 188
Secret Service pocketed armor torso 188
T-65 medic pump 188
T-65 overdrive servos 563
T-65 Stealth Boy 563
War glaive cryo blade 150
War glaive plasma blade 150
Chicken coop 563

The Chinese Stealth Armour plan costs 3,000 Gold Bullion, making it the single most expensive plan on this page. Its helmet costs another 1,238. The Secret Service Jet Pack costs 1,500 and needs a compatible piece of armour. The three T-65 entries are modifications rather than armour piece plans, so buying them alone won’t unlock a power armour set.

Fallout 76 Minerva Inventory: What Should You Buy First?

If you want Secret Service armour, start with the chest and limbs rather than buying cosmetic or convenience upgrades first. The Secret Service Armour guide covers the base pieces and our Jet Pack guide explains the separate modification.

For stealth-based builds, Chinese Stealth Armour is a substantial purchase worth comparing with your existing equipment. For heavy armour, Strangler Heart and T-65 plans are more relevant, but ensure you know whether a listed item unlocks the actual armour or simply modifies it.

Players furnishing a CAMP may prefer the Farmable Dirt Tiles, Chicken Coop, Sympto-Matic or Super Reactor. The best Fallout 76 Minerva Inventory purchase is the plan you’ll use regularly, not necessarily the one with the largest advertised discount.

Fallout 76 Minerva Inventory: How Does the 25% Discount Work?

Minerva’s rotating merchandise is generally sold at 25% less than the standard bullion price. Some plans normally tied to faction vendor reputation or Daily Ops rewards can also be obtained from her while they’re in stock. You should still check whether your character already knows an item before spending currency on it.

The Big Sale repeats the previous three smaller inventories, offering a longer chance to purchase missed plans. After October 12, this Fallout 76 Minerva Inventory selection is no longer the active list. Check the Minerva Locations page for the subsequent stop and dates.

How to Earn More Gold Bullion

Public events can reward Treasury Notes, which you redeem at Gold Press Machines. The Gold Rush promotion running alongside this October Big Sale increases the amount of bullion players can exchange during the event. For repeatable methods, use our Gold Bullion Farm and Treasury Notes Farm guides.

Before buying several Fallout 76 Minerva Inventory plans, add up their prices and decide what you need to craft first. It’s easy to spend your entire bullion balance on equipment modifications and then discover you still can’t afford the base armour or weapon.

Why Is a Plan Missing from the Sale?

Check that you’re visiting Minerva at The Whitespring between October 8 and October 12. Her regular inventory changes each week, and another Gold Bullion vendor at the resort isn’t the same merchant. If the exact item isn’t in the tables above, it belongs to another rotation or is sold elsewhere.

Also check the name and learned status on your character. Secret Service Jet Pack Armour, Secret Service chest piece and the pocketed torso modification are separate plans. The same applies to T-65 armour and its Medic Pump, Overdrive Servos and Stealth Boy modifications.
