EA FC 27 The Grounds Rewards are now being delivered as Early Access begins, with the launch package combining pre-order items, edition bonuses and separate membership rewards for the new social football mode. The core pre-order bundle includes the FC Black/Green outfit, a Tier 3 Amp inspired by Mbappé and two AXP multiplier consumables.
There are also two different membership drops to keep separate from that pre-order package. Club Members receive a Tier 1 50% AXP multiplier for six matches, while EA Play members receive a cosmetic item in The Grounds. Players who qualify for more than one programme can therefore have several different Grounds rewards attached to the same launch window.
EA FC 27 The Grounds Rewards: the September 18 launch package
nn
The main EA FC 27 The Grounds Rewards available from September 18 are the Signature outfit, the Mbappé-inspired Amp and the pair of AXP consumables. EA lists these for eligible Standard Edition pre-orders as well as Ultimate and Ultimate Plus owners on supported Grounds platforms.
| Reward | What you get |
|---|---|
| FC Black/Green outfit | Tracksuit Top and Bottoms for your Grounds Avatar |
| Tier 3 Amp | A temporary Amp inspired by Mbappé |
| 2x AXP Multiplier Consumables | Two consumables, each available for 10 matches |
The AXP part of EA FC 27 The Grounds Rewards is particularly easy to confuse with Club Member Drop 1. The pre-order bundle gives two double AXP consumables for 10 matches each, while the Club Member reward is a separate Tier 1 multiplier that gives 50% extra AXP for six matches.
Who gets the Grounds pre-order rewards?
EA says the launch EA FC 27 The Grounds Rewards are available to eligible Standard Edition pre-orders, Ultimate Edition owners and Ultimate Plus Edition owners. The Grounds itself, including Clubs, is supported for these rewards on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC.
The older PlayStation 4, Xbox One and original Nintendo Switch versions do not receive this Grounds content. That platform restriction matters if the rest of your pre-order content has appeared but the Tracksuit, Amp or AXP consumables are missing.
How to claim The Grounds launch rewards
To receive EA FC 27 The Grounds Rewards, launch FC 27 on the account tied to the eligible purchase and enter The Grounds while connected to EA servers. EA’s purchase terms say access to pre-order content requires players to enter the relevant mode, which means opening the main menu alone may not complete the redemption step.
- Use the EA Account and platform account linked to the eligible FC 27 purchase.
- Make sure you are playing a Grounds-supported version of FC 27.
- Enter The Grounds while connected to EA servers.
- Check Avatar cosmetics for the Black/Green Tracksuit pieces.
- Check your Amp and AXP consumable areas for the launch boosts.
Club Member Grounds reward
Club Membership adds another layer to EA FC 27 The Grounds Rewards. Club Member Drop 1 includes a Tier 1 AXP Multiplier that adds 50% AXP for six matches. It is delivered from September 18 to eligible Club Members and is separate from the pre-order AXP consumables.
To qualify for Club Membership, EA requires players to log into FC 26 and FC 27 with the same EA Account before November 1, 2026 at 12:00am Pacific Time. Companion App logins and trial logins, including the EA Play Trial, do not satisfy that membership login requirement.
EA Play Grounds reward
EA Play Drop 1 also adds to EA FC 27 The Grounds Rewards from September 18. EA lists an EA Play cosmetic item in The Grounds as the first membership reward for EA Play subscribers, with further EA Play reward drops planned during FC 27.
That cosmetic is not the same reward as the pre-order Black/Green Tracksuit package. If you have both a qualifying edition or pre-order and an eligible EA Play membership, check for the separate reward entitlements rather than assuming one cosmetic has replaced another.
Where the launch Grounds rewards fit
EA FC 27 The Grounds Rewards sit alongside the mode’s normal AXP and progression systems. The launch consumables accelerate AXP for a limited number of matches, while the Tier 3 Amp gives a temporary gameplay-oriented Avatar boost. Neither should be confused with a permanent unlock for every future character or build.
EA lists the full launch split on its official FC 27 Launch Rewards page and the edition contents on EA Help. With Early Access live, EA FC 27 The Grounds Rewards can now be checked in-game rather than treated as future bonuses: outfit, Amp and AXP consumables for the pre-order package, plus separate Club Member and EA Play drops where eligible.
