Armor Ace Legacy Season Rewards return Season 4, Armor Ace and the Power Patrol in Cold Steel, as Fallout 76’s first Legacy Season. The original Season 4 catalogue included Power Armor paints, weapon skins, C.A.M.P. objects, mannequins, Nuka-Cola Collectron, backpack flairs and more. The 2026 Legacy version is not a perfect recreation of the old…
Switch Between Seasons from the Fallout 76 Seasons interface, where the current Season and one Legacy Season sit alongside each other. You do not have to permanently choose one track. Bethesda confirms players can progress both at the same time and spend the shared Ticket pool wherever they prefer. How to Switch Between Seasons To…
Slasher Update Download Size is enormous: 119 GB on Steam, 119.7 GB on Microsoft Store, 101 GB on Xbox and 92.2 GB on PlayStation. The important twist is that the patch is large in order to make Fallout 76 smaller after installation. This is not 100-plus GB of new Slasher quests, textures and Season 26…
Slasher Update So Big is a direct result of Bethesda repackaging Fallout 76 across all platforms instead of downloading only the new September content. Bethesda specifically says the repackaging is being done to reduce the overall file size after installation. The giant transfer is therefore a storage optimisation job wrapped into The Slasher update, not…
Legacy Seasons Share Tickets with the current Season, so there is only one Ticket pool to manage. That means Armor Ace and Season 26 are competing for the same spending resource even though both reward tracks are active at once. Do Legacy Seasons Share Tickets? Yes. Legacy Seasons Share Tickets earned through Season progression can…
Legacy Season Tickets are not a new currency in Fallout 76. That shared pool is the most important rule to understand before claiming Armor Ace rewards. Spending heavily on the legacy page directly reduces what remains available for Season 26 rewards. How Legacy Season Tickets work Legacy Season Tickets are earned through normal Season progression…
Unique Weapons Can Be Modified far more broadly after The Slasher because Bethesda opened Legendary Mod changes and fourth-star support to the game’s named weapons. The safest rule is to check the workbench on the actual item, but Bethesda’s September 15 table gives a strong live list of weapons built for the new unique-item system….
Fourth Legendary Mod support expands dramatically with The Slasher update because Bethesda now allows uniquely named weapons and armour to add a fourth legendary star. This is separate from the new built-in unique effects listed in the patch notes. A named weapon can have its identity-defining special effect and still participate in the ordinary legendary-star…
Best Legendary Mods for Unique Weapons now matter far more because The Slasher update lets more than 80 named weapons change Legendary Mods and add a fourth Legendary Mod. There is no single four-star combination that is best for every unique weapon. A heavy gun, VATS pistol, melee weapon and explosive launcher need different priorities,…
Super Slasher Weapon is a new unique melee reward connected to the final confrontation in The Slasher storyline. That makes this a preparation guide rather than a fake live drop guide. The important confirmed facts are the reward source, its unique effect and the new crafting freedom added to named weapons in the same update….
File Size After The Slasher Update should be smaller than before the patch because Bethesda is repackaging Fallout 76 to reduce its overall storage footprint. That is why the 92-120 GB figures in the patch notes should not be mistaken for the finished install size. They describe how much data must be downloaded during the…
Fallout 76 Infestation Locations are dynamic, which is why a static list of one or two permanent map markers is the wrong way to hunt them. Infestations can appear across six major Appalachia regions and move when they are left uncleared, so the useful skill is reading the map and following the live dark-fog area…
Fallout 76 Slasher Fanatic Locations are not one fixed camp marked with a permanent Slasher icon. The new Pint-Sized Phantoms and Slasher followers can replace or appear alongside enemies at established Appalachia locations, which makes a good farming route much more useful than standing at one map marker waiting for a respawn. On the first…
Fallout 76 Slasher Clue Locations are tied to the live Masked Truth opening quest, and the first thing to know is that you are not hunting a neat row of glowing holotapes. The investigation starts by finding masked corpses around Appalachia, taking their Pint-Sized Slasher masks and letting those pickups trigger the notes that lead…
Fallout 76 The Debunker Radio Explained is the key to understanding why the Slasher storyline does not behave like a normal Fallout 76 quest chain. Bethesda is using The Debunker Radio to tell players what is happening in Appalachia and what they should do next as new parts of the horror story unlock over multiple…
Fallout 76 PS5 vs PS4 is finally a proper native-generation comparison rather than “PS4 game running on newer hardware.” The Slasher update introduced a native PlayStation 5 version of Fallout 76, with Bethesda targeting 60 FPS, adding VRR support and giving current-generation hardware its own version for future platform-specific tuning. If you are deciding whether…
How to Upgrade Fallout 76 to PS5 now has a straightforward answer because the native PlayStation 5 version launched with The Slasher update on September 15. Bethesda says PS5 owners need to download the native version from the PlayStation Store rather than relying on the older PS4 application through backward compatibility. The important catch is…
Where to Find Breaking News Radio in Fallout 76 has a simple answer: Breaking News is a Pip-Boy radio station, not a physical radio you need to locate in Appalachia. Open the Pip-Boy, move to the Radio tab and select Breaking News. Let the broadcast play and it should lead you into The Slasher: Masked…
How to Add a Fourth Legendary Mod in Fallout 76 is now a real option for Fallout 76’s specially tagged unique weapons and armor. The Slasher update changed Unique Item Crafting so those items can have their Legendary Mods changed and can also receive a fourth Legendary Mod at a workbench. This is one of…
Fallout 76 The Slasher Weekly Quests are not a normal set of seven-day challenges that all appeared at once on September 15. Bethesda designed The Slasher as a story that unfolds over multiple weeks, with new emergency broadcasts, objectives and activities layering on top of the previous stages. That means the safest way to approach…
Fallout 76 Season 26 Beginner’s Guide explains what to do first in Beware the Blood Moon, how Tickets now compete with Legacy Seasons and which Slasher and crafting systems deserve attention.
Fallout 76 The Slasher Patch Notes cover the multi-week Slasher event, Season 26, Legacy Seasons, unique weapon crafting, native Gen 9 console versions and major quality-of-life changes in Patch 70.
