Black Ops 7 Paradox Junction rewards are split between Casual and Hardcore Rogue Run playlists, with separate round milestones and a Hardcore Calling Card challenge.
For Black Ops 7 Paradox Junction rewards, this page sticks to the confirmed map, reward and progression details that matter in a run. Where the live quest steps are not public yet, it says so instead of inventing a walkthrough.

Black Ops 7 Paradox Junction rewards include Power Vacuum, Fully Packed, Wonderbar, Gift Card and the Makeshift Defense Calling Card.

Which milestone is the real completion target
For Casual, the Relic Tier I objective is the most specific reward condition because it asks for five rounds at that tier rather than simply surviving to a round number. Hardcore goes further, requiring 15 rounds at Relic Tier III for Makeshift Defense and the largest XP payout.
Season 6 pedestal upgrades still apply
Black Ops 7 Paradox Junction rewards can also roll the new Rogue Run pedestal upgrades as Relic Tier climbs, including Pack-a-Punch IV, Ultra-Rarity and Golden Armor. Those are separate from the fixed playlist milestone rewards in the tables above.
Hardcore asks for more than simply reaching Round 30
The first two Hardcore rewards are normal round milestones, but Makeshift Defense is different: you must complete 15 rounds while already at Relic Tier III. If you only reach the tier late in a run, the challenge is not finished just because the round counter is high.
That makes the Calling Card the real long-form objective on Paradox Junction. The GobbleGum milestones are stepping stones on the way there.
Black Ops 7 Paradox Junction rewards: Fully Packed is the shared Casual reward
Black Ops 7 Paradox Junction rewards Casual awards Fully Packed for five rounds at Relic Tier I, the same structure used on Kowakujo Casual. That makes the two playlists easy to compare if you are choosing where to farm the GobbleGum.
The difference is in the earlier named GobbleGums and the Hardcore Calling Card, not the basic five-round Relic Tier I condition.
Paradox Junction Casual reward requirements
Casual has three milestones. Complete Round 15 for Power Vacuum and 1,000 XP. Complete Round 20 for Hellping Hound and 2,500 XP. The final Casual reward is Fully Packed and 5,000 XP for completing five rounds at Relic Tier I.
That last requirement is different from merely reaching a numbered round. You need five completed rounds while the run is at Relic Tier I, so make sure the tier condition is active before counting progress toward the final Casual milestone.
Paradox Junction Hardcore reward requirements
Hardcore starts at Round 20 for Wonderbar! and 1,000 XP, then Round 30 for Gift Card and 2,500 XP. The headline reward is the Makeshift Defense Calling Card plus 5,000 XP for completing 15 rounds at Relic Tier III.
Season 6 pedestal upgrades such as Pack-a-Punch IV, Ultra-Rarity and Golden Armor are available in Rogue Run generally, so they can support this playlist. They are not the same thing as the fixed Casual and Hardcore milestone rewards listed above.
Which Paradox Junction target is the longest grind
The normal round goals are simple to read, but the Hardcore Calling Card is the real commitment. Fifteen completed rounds at Relic Tier III is a sustained condition, not a one-off checkpoint. If the run reaches that tier late, you still need enough life left in the attempt to bank the full 15 qualifying rounds.
That makes the earlier Hardcore Round 20 and Round 30 rewards useful stepping stones rather than the finish line for anyone specifically chasing Makeshift Defense.
Casual is the sensible first pass
If you have not played much Rogue Run, the Casual ladder lets you learn Paradox Junction while still earning Power Vacuum, Hellping Hound and Fully Packed. The Hardcore Calling Card can wait until you are comfortable maintaining a run long enough to spend 15 full rounds at Relic Tier III.
